I would like to thank Georgia Wood at Good move for being absolutely outstanding during a very stressful purchase of a recent property. She provided great communication and advice throughout. If it was not for Georgia I wouldn't be in my dream future family home and I would of struggled to buy another property in this current situation. Such a great company - I have been delighted with the effort put in by everyone there to secure us a sale, when the cash buy didn't work out for us. Needed to sell quickly, so chose Goodmove. Superb service by a great team of people, who not only did everything for me but were particularly kind in the circumstances. I would highly recommend Max and his team with particular mention to Sophie and Dalia whose kindness will not be forgotten.

I have asked 3 companies to give me a cash offer on my property which is high value and pretty unusual. The others messed me around for weeks and then said they couldn't give me an offer because of the price of the house, this included sending valuers round and generally drawing it out. Goodmove also didn't make an offer but were very upfront about that from the first call, were very professional, and also gave me good advice in general about the property market etc. I think they seem very trustworthy and professional.

GoogleI got a quote and spoke with Marcus Edge. He was really good and not pushy. My open market deal did go through in the end I didn't need to use good move but it was a great alternative after a very stressful and long open market sale

Although at first I was disappointed, after explaining the procedures he was able to make an offer and also advised of other options for me to make an informative choice.

GoogleI decided to use good move as I had already found a house to buy and needed to sell quickly. Having already tried and failed selling with an estate agent I couldn't risk losing another sale so willingly accepted less than my house was worth to get a sale secured. I am happy to say that they stuck to their word and bought my house. There were a couple of hiccups along the way although to be fair this was down to the solicitors rather than the staff at good move. All in all I would say a useful service albeit at a cost which may or may not be acceptable to everyone but certainly helped for me.
