GoogleDon't have a bad word to say about these guys - always been helpful and friendly. I think sometimes people need to remember that if you let a Student house it is never going to be a penthouse suite. These guys have always done their best for us and done it with a smile! If I was staying on in Leeds I'd definitely rent from them again.

GoogleStudent agents in Leeds are generally TERRIBLE, but DEU really has been brilliant. Everything we have reported to them has been fixed (or attempted to fix) within days, they are communicative and professional. I'm a little apprehensive about the moving out/bond procedure as it doesn't seem too thorough, but my overall experience so far has been excellent as far as student lettings go.

All in all very disappointing experience with this student letting company despite polite front of house staff there was a reluctance to address issues including; lack of cleaning prior to occupation; leaking roof lights; continual rat infestations in the garden and exorbitant cleaning charges at the end of the tenancy. I would not recommend this agency.
