They love to leave properties up on their website and RightMove, no hint of the fact they've already been let, just to coax you in to show the rubbish they've got left. Sleazy. Will purposefully be avoiding any properties with their name attached to it from now on.

GoogleGreat experience of Deu - we have rented two houses from them and very happy with the customer service. If there's a problem they have always sorted it quickly, usually the same day. We've had to call the emergency number twice and someone has been there both times within half an hour. Definitely recommend!

GoogleHad a great experience and managed to find a property we loved!! The woman who took us round also suggested other properties she thought would suit us and the first one she recommended we fell in love with and didn't need to see any other properties after that. Would recommend :)

GoogleAwful experience. Completely unprofessional, signed contract months ago and still not recieved copy of contract when I have consistently sent emails requesting a copy. Properties are nothing like those cherry picked ideal photos seen on the website. Prioritise money and landlord security whilst neglecting the tenants. Would not recommend.

GoogleI strongly recomment DEU Estates, they have always been very responsive when we have had any problems with the house and all of the staff are very polite and friendly. They have made us feel like valued customers and if I was staying in Leeds I would definitely use them again!
