GoogleUnfortunately, my experience with this property management has been very negative. They show little to no care for the condition of the property, and repairs take far too long (if they happen at all). Communication is poor and it often feels like tenant concerns are not taken seriously. I would not recommend them.

GoogleI literally could not fault Beyond! I had the most amazing letting experience with them. During our time in our property we did have our fair share of issues with the property, but Beyond never hesitated to come round and fix every issue. Special shoutout to Gordon for dealing with all of my emails! If you see a place on the Beyond website and like it, I would go for it! GoogleReally impressed with Beyond Lettings. Lovely, modern property. Any maintenance issues we've had have been sorted out quickly and professionally (usually next day) - you can tell they want to keep the property in good condition for their tenants and their company. Would highly recommend.

GoogleBest student accommodation, I’ve been renting with them almost a year and a half and it has been an amazing experience (feeling like real home) . They were always willing to offer me the best experience as tenant. Special thanks to Tristan, who was my point of contact must of the time, for being always kind and for helping me during pandemic to find a lovely house in Leeds.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible company from the start to finish of our tenancy, never come out to fix important maintenance issues, even when logged. House was nice but had so many issues which made the whole tenancy a nightmare. Don't expect to get your deposit back even if you leave the house spotless. Terrible, even Haus is better.

GoogleHouse was infested with mice and the agency did nothing to fix it. Instead, they conducted viewings to sell the property to others and even barged into rooms without permission. On one occasion, we weren't even notified about the viewing which is illegal.

GoogleAmazing letting agency with attractive rooms and common space. The main highlight is their communication, maintenance and ambience. Most importantly, queries are resolved within 24 hours. I was pleased with the service, so I'm happy to continue my tenancy with them again. Very glad with the service!

YellAvoid Beyond lettings at all costs!!
Beyond lettings is a terrible company, they think they're beyond the law. So they took over a house opposite where i live, their workmen were a menace and they also left rubbish strewn up and down the road while they were in the area for 7 months doing the house up. When they left there was a huge sigh of relief from all everyone in the neighbourhood then right out of the blue, our landlord announces that he's handed the management of the house over to them. The landlord also tells us that Beyond lettings want to evict us and we're being served notices to quit. But while we're still living in the house, Beyond lettings are using the camera that they've got up on the house opposite to let the landlord know when we've gone out so that he could come round to our home, into our rooms without prior notice! If you're a student steer clear of Beyond lettings, you're only just starting out in life and Beyond lettings will traumatise you for life at how ruthless and unscrupulous they are

GoogleWhenever there is an issue in the house they can “only come around if the landlord has confirmed with them.” So if your landlord isn’t answering and it’s an urgent issue like a power outage, alarms going off etc you’re gonna have to wait a while until anyone comes to even take your issue seriously. Only one time I’ve managed to beg someone to come around and “fix” the issue, but even they could only do so much. The workers on the phone have no clue most of the time when you raise an issue with them or will just do a half-hearted job to temporarily fix the issue. Also, they aren’t the best in regards to maintenance issues.
