GoogleDeeply unprofessional service from Kelan at Beyond Lettings; offered me a 4 month contract which it later turned out was never available, then cancelled my viewing 5 minutes before whilst I was waiting at the property. No apologies and a very half hearted explanation when I rang to ask where the agent was. Will not be attempting to view their properties again.

GoogleBeyond have just taken over the management of our house. Been living here for 7 years and have been asked to leave via a section 21 letter only to find that our house is available for viewings with a giant rent increase. Disgusting!
We are sorry you are unbale to continue your longstanding tenancy. The new owner is looking to complete a full renovation to improve the condition of the property and therefore a higher rent has been advertised to reflect the improvements planned. GoogleWe’ve been living in a Beyond house for about 6 months now and it’s honestly been a pleasure. The house was in immaculate condition when we moved in. We didn’t have any problems with paper work or the house itself. They answered all our questions and were very helpful in a process that is understandably stressful. We’ve had some minor issues in the property such as a loud extractor fan and a shower which didn’t have hot water. But this was fixed within a day of reporting the problem. Their builders are extremely nice and respectful when entering the house and as mentioned are very quick to diagnose and solve any problems that we may have. Genuinely could not recommend this agency enough, their houses are amazing, locations are great and they make living in their properties a really enjoyable experience! We’ve already signed for another year and we can’t wait!

GoogleThe response to any maintenance issues with the house will be dealt with in the nick of time. Even with the most abrupt change kn plans ,Kit @beyond-lettings pushed through and even dealt with accommodating the new tenant in my place while simultaneously finding me a place at short notice!

The properties are finished to a high standard and are a very good price for what they offer, the company are extremely helpful and able to compromise when then they can to help you out. Easily the best estate agents in Leeds if you are a student as they respond quickly to emails, maintenance reports and are very accommodating, making you feel very at home.

GoogleI've had some very bad experiences with Student Letting agencies, who usually go out an exploit students and neglecting the homes they live in. But Beyond have been fantastic, responding quickly to queries and in a way which seems like they genuinely care. No longer a student but would recommend them in a heartbeat.

GoogleThe customer service was shocking, we had arranged our day around a time for a viewing, which the time was given by the company, they then proceeded to cancel multiple times in a row. After this their was no apology or any sign of manners.
