GoogleReally enjoyed my tenancy with beyond! They were really responsive to maintenance requests, staff are friendly, high standard of quality in rooms and was happy with the amount of deposit I was returned (probs the most I ever got back from a tenancy). Can’t fault them :)

GoogleNice place but terrible with deposits. Took over a month to action the deposit, left us with a cleaning charge even tho the place was immaculate. ......and left us with a charge for sky remote? It’s little thing like that, that makes their customer service poor.

GoogleAmazing company. Always responded to problems quickly and effectively. Stunning property, all of our friends love the house. Our original contract with Beyond fell through due to a change in housing regs - they found us a gorgeous property in the same area for a similar price. GoogleBeing new to Leeds I didn't know which area was right for me, I asked Beyond Lettings, they were really helpful giving me advice on each area they have properties in. We finally decided on Hyde Park and I am currently in the process of signing up. A great service!

GoogleAbsolutely revolting service. Stole our deposit despite the house being much cleaner when we left than when we moved in. I called about 14 times in one day and even left multiple voice messages with my number. No response. Avoid at all costs.

Googletried to claim deposit off all of us with some laughable images to show why they needed to pay for cleaners (attached). after a few email exchanges and having to quote the law we got our deposit back.
