I have a few properties managed by Beyond and I’m extremely pleased with their service to me as a landlord. For years I managed and maintained them myself and handing them over was a big deal, but the onboarding process was easy. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always friendly and professional. In the office they’ve got lots of good people, who are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend them as an agency, with a special mention to Lucy who always helps me out with my queries and general advice.

Huge thanks to Miles for being so helpful from day one! Even when I accidentally mixed up our viewing times (arriving 30 mins late due to my own calendar error), Miles was incredibly professional and patient with us. We viewed several places over three days, and he finally helped us secure the perfect rooms. He also made extra effort to move our move-in date forward to the 31st of March a few days before our move-in date. There’s been a slight delay with the bank transfer/direct debit clearing, which I believe is because of the Easter bank holidays. But I’m sure that timing issue will be sorted out in a day or two. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the property and the service. If you're looking for a place, ask for Miles 😎😉! Cheers!

My experience with Beyond Lettings started off poorly, as Kit and Lucy were quite rude, raised their voices and even slammed their desks out of frustration with us during several phone conversations with me and my housemates. However, when I finally spoke with Phoebe, she was professional and understanding and took the time to talk us through the process. She answered all our questions and helped us understand the renting process as this is our first time, unlike the previous interactions I've had with other staff. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have signed up to a Beyond Lettings property and will be asking for her in the future if we experience any issues.

Beyond letting agency is a really efficient good lettings agency. I have upmost confidence in them as they have provided a brilliant home for my daughter who is a student . The maintenance division are amazing and deal with issues very quickly and with a lovely manner too . The welfare of their tenants is paramount and it definitely shows . I'm currently in a shared house with my friends and Beyond Lettings has been incredible every step of the way. We had some issues with a housemate not completing documents in time, leading to trouble on the day of key collection. Please don't use this company for your children when they are students. They are ok when you don't have a problem but as soon as you need them they just wash their hands and are the most unhelpful, unsympathetic, unprofessional company you can imagine. They let in contractors whilst the house was unattended during a school holiday period who left the property door open and in full view of a main road. My sons room which was locked was open on his return with no forced entry so obviously been opened with a master key from the agency or contractor. Many of his belongings including all his electrical equipment was stolen and the police said the room had been opened by a key, Beyond's response nothing to do with us !! although we have written proof of an apology for leaving the property open. Then trying to keep the deposits at the end of the term for existing damage which we had proof of with pics and had already sent to the agency at the start of the contract and they had acknowledged. They just don't seem interested in the welfare of their tenants and just after getting their money with young inexperienced office staff with no customers skills.

We encountered a few issues during our stay like a persistent stinky smell in the living room, a broken TV, and missing essential cleaning supplies. We contacted Beyond Lettings, and they addressed these concerns promptly. The service was excellent overall, though occasionally we had to follow up with a reminder call. Despite this, they fulfilled their duties effectively. I will recommend beyond lettings to anyone searching houses to move in as they offer the best service they can.

I'm a landlord and Beyond Lettings have been absolutely fantastic since they have been managing my HMO property in Leeds. Annabel is very communicative and has always secured tenants quickly. Any repair work or maintenance is dealt with quickly and with no stress. Steven has been very helpful and given his advice when I have looked at investing in other properties in Leeds. Couldn't recommend highly enough if you are looking for your property to be managed / let or if you are looking to source an investment property.

Don't ever use these guys, they are the most unprofessional agency! Houses are all infested with rats and they take forever to come fix the most simple thing. Not been able to use bathroom for 3 weeks since reporting an issue and emails have been ignored. After 2 months of living in property they told us we all need to move out as they were putting a group of students in here at the end of the tenancy. Oh and they contact your family about any arrears even if you don't have a guarantor which is disgusting and I can't wait to go to court with these guys because they are honestly the worst agency and I would not recommend you pay 600 quid for a tiny room in a house infested with rats and a horrible useless landlord and agency
