TrustpilotSimply amazing service…..
Auction House and (Helen Plumstead) have been amazing to support us in purchasing a property via the auction/pre-auction route. We cant praise them highly enough, we’ve never purchased via this route before, it was really quick, simple, still able to view and complete pre-purchase due diligence ahead of committing to purchase. Thank you so much Helen and Auction House.
Hi Lewis, thanks very much for leaving a great review of Helen and the East Anglia team. It's lovely to hear that you had a good experience of using the auction route! Best, Auction House

Olivia is absolutely fantastic, highly communicative, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally responsive. She is truly an asset to the auction house. The gentleman who conducted the auction (apologies, I can’t recall his name) worked tirelessly, as seen in the auction video, to secure the best possible value. Both are outstanding assets to this company. Well done!
Hi Amanda. Thank you for your great feedback. All the best - Sam

After short phone call, i was quickly approached by Olivia for a first viewing, The communication and advice from Her and her team were highly valuable, As a guy with little to no knowledge of the UK housing / Auction markets she was able to guide and advise where needed and requested, if it wasn't for the efforts of Olivia + Luna and everyone at Auction House, i wouldn't had got the great price and quick sell i was after. TrustpilotThank you very much for your assistance…
Thank you very much for your assistance with the sale of my property and land. I cannot fault the excellent service I received. I have sold many properties over the years but this sale was by far the least problematic. Peter Whiting was both professional and attentative, always returning telephone calls promptly, even when on annual leave. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and if you are fortunate enough to deal with Peter so much the better.DH

TrustpilotNo frills auction experience
The entire engagement with Auction House UK was seamless and fuss free. From photo taking, to posting the auction property online, to the solicitor engagement and the eventual sale. Everything was completed in less than 2 weeks. More could have been done on advising the seller to set the guide price though. This resulted in the property being sold at a lower than expected price. Nevertheless, am glad that it is a load off my shoulders.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and we'll ensure this is communicated to the local team. All the best - Sarah

TrustpilotExcellent, quick and efficient
I recently sold a property through Auction House Wales and I found them to be excellent. Marc Morrish was very easy to deal with and efficient, keeping me informed throughout the whole process, right up until completion. I was surprised how quick the process was as I hadn't decided to sell until mid January, and by early March it was all complete. They were very reasonable in their charges in comparison to other auction companies that I had been quoted, more than half the price of Dawsons for example, who also wanted to start the bidding on my property at 10k less than Auction House Wales. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience and a company that I would highly recommend, while Marc Morrish is a credit to the organisation
Hello Simon, thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to read about your experience with the Wales team and in particular Marc. All the best - Abi
