Amazing Auctiooneers and very kind people!

We were left with a very run down property that needed a lot of work and Chris and his team made the whole process from start to finish absolutely seamless. I cannot begin to express how much the help and support we received when dealing with a difficult building, was made much easier because of Chris' knowledge and skills in the Auction house. Our house was sold and the whole process was completed within three weeks. They not only helped us with the sale, but also the legal proceedings and worked in collaboration with an amazing solicitors to make the whole process slick and move like clockwork. Speaking with Dan at auction house West Yorkshire I knew I had made the right decision, he was very helpful and informative and made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of the process. I first spoke to Dan Andrews in April this year, looking for solutions to offload my leasehold, city centre apartment. Conventional estate agents advised that due to the new fire regulation laws, leasehold apartments were taking 6 - 12 months for completion from point of offer, even if fully compliant for sale. I simply couldn't wait this long, and was exhausted by the hamster wheel of renting the property. Dan was a breath of fresh air from day one. Courteous, professional, knowledgable and informative. 6 - 12 months was reduced to more likely one month from date of sale at auction. It was an easy decision to give Auction House a try and I am so glad I did. We agreed a reserve price and then the sale particulars were pulled together, with minimum fuss, and literally zero effort from me. The whole process was simple and Dan and team were incredibly efficient and professional. They sourced a brilliant conveyancing solicitor as part of this process. The property went to auction and completed 20 business days later, as proposed. I was kept up to date throughout the process. Also, the property sold for a price I was very happy with, above the realistic reserve price, Dan had expertly proposed. Would I recommend Auction House as an effective means to sell a property? 100%. Also, Dan and team are consummate professional who genuinely love their jobs. A pleasure to deal with!

I contacted Auction House after 2 sales on a property that had been rented fell through and I didn't want to wait for the estate agents to find another potential buyer in case it fell through again meaning the property could still be empty with winter approaching. The auction process was explained fully to me and I was kept informed at all stages. All my questions were answered clearly and all the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Viewings were arranged by Auction House, I did not have to worry about anything. The auction itself was nerve racking but very interesting. Bidders weren't hurried and bids were encouraged throughout. Although some properties did not reach the reserve price I was lucky and the property sold for more than I was expecting. I would thoroughly recommend Auction House West Yorkshire.
