They are complete frauds.They add hidden charges of 10s of thousands of pounds and put bids themselves.I have had a terrible experience with them and I would not recommend it to anyone.They put 2.95% additional costs plus VAT as well as many other additional hidden fees.

Specifically want to mention Tessa who was a great help when I went through a personally issue with my bank and needed to speak and discuss with Auction House direct, so thank you again for helping through the situation. As mentioned, first time using them and their online internet bidding tool was great to use - dont be worried about using this functionality!

Dan has always been totally professional and meets at potential properties within a short and suitable timescale...even agreeing on occasions and today to accomodate a viewing outside of normal working hours. They made the sale as stress free as they could, and helped even when the house didn't sell at the auction by getting us an after auction sale. GoogleNot only did they put a 'For Auction' sign on the wrong house, but the wrong street too! Very rude on the phone, refused to take it down the same day. Said "People make mistakes", yes, but people also fix them. Had a stranger asking to look around my house. Neighbours knocking asking questions and talking about us. Pure embarrassment. Nailed the sign to my fence too which has split and ruined my fence. So, horrible customer service, extremely rude, vandalised and damaged my property and completely embarrassed us. Don't understand how anybody can mess up a job that badly, nevermind not making it right! Will be taking this further. Update: The company have had our contact details since the day it happened and still nobody has been in contact with us. Incompetent. Do not trust this company.
