BAD COMPANY JUST WANT MONEY

0 follow up and 0 cooperation got from the team. Paid for deposit and for administration fees including legal packs and etc and end up no one sent the packs and no follow up from anyone to assist the whole process. The only communication that I get is to ask for payment, money money money. After paying for, no assistance NOTHING!They told mortgage team the purchase had been cancelled and not letting the valuator to their job.Second appointment for the valuator to go, they don't cooperate and not giving access to valuator.They just want to make a lot of problem so that they can make you forfeit the upfront money that you paid.When you try to get a reason for their unprofessional, they will only tell you it's all your fault for not being able to do the whole process on time. Which, the issue lies with them.Unrecommended company.Ms G Wood will act like she don't know anything and push the responsibilities to someone else and keep quiet and not assist.Mr S the so call area manager is even worse, not only he did not review the whole case and will only tell you it's all your own fault. He only know how to push all the faults to you and make you forfeit the money.BAD COMPANY NO ASSISTANCE NO FOLLOW UP THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY FROM THE INITIAL PAYMENT AND DO THE SAME ROTATION AGAIN AND AGAIN

Despite the requests for various daft information, no doubt dreamed up by faceless bureaucrats before the auction could go ahead, which was very time consuming and really quite useless, Auction House West Yorkshire was extremely professional and their conduct at the auction was excellent. I suppose I am a bit biased because we had a very successful result and my property made well over the reserve price.

I recently dealt with Auction House West Yorkshire, as I needed to sell a house which wasn't suitable for sale by a traditional Estate Agent due to it needing rewiring. Their service has been excellent. From the very start of the process, when Dan carried out a property visit to do a video walk-through, right up to the day of the auction, I was given regular, detailed updates. And, I'm very pleased to say, the property sold on the day of the auction, for 20 percent more than the initial valuation from a local Estate Agent. And with much less hassle, as there was no need for a property survey.Highly recommended company with a genuine focus on helping its customers.

Having owned my home for seven years, it had become increasingly difficult for me to manage the costly repairs and renovations it required. After some research, I noticed several local properties had sold above expectations through the auction method, so I decided to explore this option. Dan Andrews promptly responded to my enquiry, contacting me via email outside of normal working hours. He offered to visit for a valuation and take photos the very next day. Within 48 hours, my property was listed on Rightmove and the Auction House website, with an auction scheduled just three weeks later. The auction process was thoroughly explained to me, and I was kept informed at every stage by Dan and his colleagues, Carly and Rebecca. Any questions I had were answered clearly and promptly. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout. Once I handed over the keys to Auction House, I had peace of mind knowing everything was being handled for me. They even recommended a solicitor to ensure a smoother and quicker completion process, saving me the hassle of searching for one myself. The auction itself was an engaging experience, watching other properties being sold, and wondering how mine would fare. The auctioneer did a fantastic job encouraging bidders and adjusting bid increments to secure the best possible outcome for me. Dan had set a reasonable guide price, with my reserve price just 10% higher. Two days before the auction, I was informed that a cash offer at the reserve price had been made. After careful consideration, I chose to proceed with the auction instead. The team was incredibly supportive, explaining the next steps in detail and providing links for me to watch the auction in real-time. I was thrilled when Dan contacted me after the auction to inform me that the property had sold for over £5,000 above my reserve price, achieving the target I had set from the start. I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend Auction House West Yorkshire for anyone considering selling a property, particularly one in need of some work. I had already tried to sell the house through two well-known national estate agents, one where I was met by complete ineptitude and the other with lots of viewings by quite unsuitable buyers. I turned to Auction House Scotland on the recommendation of a property blogger after contacting several auction companies.The whole experience was excellent, from quick listing to sale. The Sales Negotiator, Nicola, was outstanding, completely organised, always quick to respond to questions, following up when she said she would and, most importantly, only sending qualified prospects to view the property, particularly appreciated as I had a 200 mile trip to do the viewings.In the end the house was sold via a standard offer (at my asking price) rather than by auction as the buyers first had to sell their own house and required a mortgage. Entry for the buyers was achieved just over two weeks from a conditional offer being made. I doubt this would have been possible without Nicola. Obviously solicitors were engaged by both buyer and seller but when either side needed information in a hurry it was Nicola we called. I hope she is as appreciated by her employers as she was by me.The fee was more than the other estate agents were going to charge but Auction House Scotland achieved a sale, the others did not. I have no qualms about recommending them.
