I can recommend Aspen Woolf for making purchasing a property off plan smooth and reassuring. Georgina and Anisha have been especially helpful in answering all my questions, putting me at ease and keeping me on top of the deadlines! Sky Gardens

I just purchased a flat in Sky Gardens and what could easily have been a daunting endeavour was such an easy process and this was down to the amazing efforts of Sol Khan and Anisha Patel.Sol provided me with all the information and help i needed, and very patiently so, which led to my eventual purchase.He then connected me with Anisha and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly...always keeping me posted on developments, liaising with the legal team for me, answering all my questions, silly and all, but respectfully and professionally. I was nicely surprised by encountering not just 1 amazing person at Aspen Woolf but 2... their customer service skills are excellent. They for sure went over and beyond in my opinion, but I feel if you ask them, they'd say they were just doing their jobs. Their joy and passion to be connecting people with great properties really came across even though we've never met in person. With Sol, after the initial sales decision was made, I was so comfortable and trusting of him, I was reluctant to deal with anyone else. So I asked if I could stay in touch if I had any questions and he very kindly agreed even though the next part of the process was to be looked after by a different team. Then I met Anisha, and she was also a breath of fresh air.I want to applaud Aspen Woolf for getting it so right with your team... if Sol and Anisha are a reflection of what the entire team is made of, then you've got a golden team.Because of these 2, I would happily deal with Aspen Woolf for further purchases.

Aspen Woolf's Phenomenal Service

I first registered my interest on the Aspen Woolf's website, my initial point of contact was with Jake Carling who was very Polite and Professional. Jake walked me through the available options and I was quickly able to make a decision. I was then introduced to Anisha Patel who continued Aspen Woolf's Stella Service as she liaised with solicitors and made sure all the documentation was signed and completed correctly. Nearly perfect.

Mostly perfect from initial conversation to Exchange. The only issue I had was an incorrect ground rent figure being provided verbally and in writing from the Sales Team. This then didn't match with what was provided by the lawyer, and caused a few hiccups.Oversights happen, however this felt like either a) the sale was simply being accelerated and buck past to the after care team to deal with or b) not enough care was taken.Outside of that I thought the after care team (Anisha) were excellent and pending completion I'm happy to recommend the firm.Unfortunate that one little muck-up can leave a slightly bitter taste in your mouth, however as I've said above, very good outside of that.

Nightmare company sending unsolicited spam. They obviously bulk buy email addresses as I've never signed up to receive their spam. BEWARE.Aspenwoolf have said they comply to GDPR however I had 4 x e-mails from Katerina at aspenwoolf.co.uk to which I never subscribed too and tried unsubscribing to them but they still kept coming through.

Sheffield Cornwall Works Phase 2 BREACH OF TRUST

In September 2018 we paid a substantial reservation fee to Firestone Developments Kingston upon Thames Surrey through Aspen Wolf Investment Group to secure a new build apartment in Sheffield.The agreement we had with the developer and all the agents involved is that exchange of contract and stage payment would be made upon start of construction with final payment upon completion.A couple of weeks ago we were informed by our solicitor that the developer Firestone had withdrawn papers and in effect torn up the reservation form despite having held the deposit since September last year.Does a reservation form and deposit mean nothing to these developers and agents?You will notice that on Aspen Wolf webpage it states that it is a trusted company for 14 years. Given our experience how can this company be trusted in your investment when it seems happy to accept dealing with Developers who are unprofessional and unethical.How do the Directors of these companies sleep at night? What is the point of committing to a development signing up the reservation forms making a deposit if this can be torn up by the developer at will with no apparent consequences for them or formal mechanism to compensate our goodwill and trust in these organisations? Is this acceptable behaviour from these companies in the industry? In our mind this is very unethical and these unprofessional people need exposing. A “Breach of Trust in other wordsIs there any recourse open to us other than alerting? Perspective Investors/buyers through media etc. that they should not rely on dubious reputation and to stay well clear of these organisationsUPDATE.Interesting comment from this company response to my review saying they do not have me on their system, despite the fact that I received written confirmation of my reservation and deposit paid Welcoming e-mail from their Sales Progressor at Aspen Woolf who would be responsible for progressing this purchase for me and will be my point of contact. If that's not on their system I don't know what is?UPDATEFor those who are interested in this horror story I have received interest from Property related investment Magazines who which to publish this story and lessons to be learned from dealing with these types of organisations. watch this space for further details......UPDATEThe article has now been published in Your Property Network magazine distributed internationally and investigates the potential dangers of dealing with unethical agents and developers.What is also alarming in this particular case, is the huge amount of comments received from other investors in this project associated with Aspen Woolf, Firestone Developments and LCL Solicitors, who mention Fraud, Scammers uncovering a potential misuse of funds with the deposits signed over. I would urge caution before dealing with these organisations as clearly a majority of investors are exchanging their horror stories with each other on this project confirming the dubious reputations of these companies and to stay well clear of these organisations and to take your business to more reputable business professionals.

Back to Aspen Woolf well organised fraud scheme comprising of the team (Sheffield Cornwall Works Phase 2 Developer and LCL Solicitor)

Back to Aspen Woolf reply to my previous review , I wanted to question our " trusted and rewarded" agency to retrieve voice recordings for this particular investment to see whether anything is touched base to risks associated with property investment. I can understand , if this scam investment happens via unidentified phone call, where I can no-one to blame rather than myself. Neither Aspen Woolf Agent(Elle Flood/Anisha Patel nor LCL Solicitor(Joanne Fernandez) engaged by Developer have mentioned anything on foreseeable risks to loose all or partially money invested, in contrary they assured me that money are going to be hold at third party bank account with no access to developer until the project is materialized, otherwise with even having a negligible risk of loosing personal funds being highlighted at the beginning of this nightmare I would never have had made such a decision to say bye-bye to 82,000 GBP. I agree with other victims reviews , that mostly positive reviews left for Aspen Woolf are written at the early stages of this "lovely journeys",when everything seems nice and shiny, at the moment customer realizes that nothing is going to happen after 2-3 years and he/she left on their own, he/she decides to revise their initial comments, also note that to leave a poor feedback is a great challenge to overcome , makes Aspen Woolf to target each and every individual negative reviews through "Trust pilot" as fraudulent, that why customers get false impression of current surrounding reality, when they witness only visible side of iceberg with more positive reviews. Once again, I have no doubt that this scheme mostly works with overseas expats who are easy to be manipulated later on, where everything ends drastically.

The awful experience with Aspen Woolf,which kills the trust in investment at all

Collaborative organized fraud team scheme to collect your earnings in my case (82,000 GBP) paid in May 2018 through Aspen Woolf for Cornwall Works Phase 2 development , fraud is mostly targeting overseas customers as most vulnerable or prone for manipulation with legal impurities , until now neither money returned nor project has been materialized. At the beginning, before contract is signed Aspen Woolf agents(Elle Flood, Anisha Patel)chase you a few times a day, backing up your investments by agency reputation and financial status aimed to cover losses, you even do not have a clue who developer is, eventually after the contract deadline is passed, they change a tactics and directing all blame arrows to developer, Aspen Woolf compares your investment with Forex or Bitcoin categories by saying, this is a normal to get nothing back as this is gambling investment. I do not understand how these Aspen Woolf directors sleep at nights, knowing that they deliberately are damaging peoples lifes.
