FacebookAbsolutely one third rated agency who levy illegal charges on tenants and refuse to comment or provide any reasoning as to why they charge fees which are not stated on their website (which is a legal requirement) secondly they are only agency I've heard to charge a person to extend the tenancy at the same period they service you your notice and to make matters worse they charge and admin and late admin fees to return ur deposit (that is if you are lucky enough to get your deposit back) whatever you choose to do please don't rent or let your properties out through them.

GoogleThe best property rental agency in Leamington. I rented a super place from them and can only offer praise. Organised, fair and great communications. Zero problems. Wouldn't consider renting from another agent.

GoogleOne of the least helpful estate agents I've ever had to deal with. High fees. Hardly lift a finger to help in problems that occurred at the residence. Avoid if you can.
