GoogleWith all respect, people leave reviews all the time for many items, big, small, restaurants, activities, places and so on, but with this review I URGE YOU DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS.
I have rented my whole life and I was stunned at how I was treated by these agents.
Firstly, they charge OBSCENE fees. I mean come on support small businesses and all but seriously I feel stupid for agreeing to it.
Secondly, they LIED, they miss sold me a property, lying straight to my face.
Thirdly, they have no idea how to support you, help you, advise you. I had to pay to get advice from a separate agent when renting the property from them, they're totally and utterly useless. And legal advice seriously DON'T NOT TRY, they know nothing.
And finally and probably the most important point. I did rent a property they had on their books and yes for the first 24 hours it was fantastic, but and I mean a big BUT, the land lord was for the best part an abusive and harassing.
Because this agent miss sold the property to me and my partner we had a disagreement to start. We sorted the issue for the land lord/lady ASAP to keep them happy. Which was no problem all sorted so we thought it was dealt with, from then on, because of the agent the land lord/lady consistently harassed me and my partner, throwing verbal abuse at us, knocking on our door at stupid hours, consistently looking in our windows. Basically you get the picture. We had to leave after 2 weeks and it cost us IMMENSELY to move again but we had to, the stress and upset nature of the situation ruined our financial and relationship aspects. It was horrible.
I urge you HUGELY do not use and agent that has landlords and ladies on their books who are utterly horrible. Its put us in debt and really effect our working life.
Apologise for being so upfront but everyone has a right to know.

There was no 'miss sold' of the property that you rented through this company.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Victoria in Leamington Spa. It has been over six months since I vacated the property, and I am still awaiting the return of my deposit. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have been met with a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability from the agent.
Throughout the check-out process, the agent appeared satisfied with the condition of the property. However, when it came time to return my deposit, I was directed to contact my landlord, who has been consistently unresponsive. This lack of assistance and support from the agent has left me feeling both frustrated and disregarded.
I strongly advise against engaging with this agent for any property-related matters. The negligence and unprofessionalism I have experienced are unacceptable, and I would caution anyone in Leamington Spa against utilizing their services.
In conclusion, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I cannot emphasize enough how imperative it is to steer clear of this agent.

These charges do not align with the satisfactory condition of the property, which was confirmed during your visit. GoogleThe level of 1 star reviews says it all. This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst, most useless estate agents I've ever had to deal with. I urge everyone to stay clear of them, and that especially extends to anyone that wants to list a property with them. They just don't care or do anything. One example, we lost complete hot water supply to our house and they said 10 days was a reasonable amount of time to resolve it! The only reason it was 10 days was because we rang for 7 days straight complaining and they originally tried to push it to 15! They just couldn't be bothered to do anything, no urgency, no help, no respect a complete disgrace of a company. There's not a single redeamble quality about this company. This is number 1 on my all time worst company/place/experience list, so that says it all.
