GoogleThe worst letting agent there is in the Midlands. I bet you can’t find more incompetent people in the industry and charging such high fees for such a bad service. i had rented a property for an year in leamington and i am glad i am out of there. it also took ages for the deposit to come through and i also got late charge fee thanks for that. avoid at all costs

GoogleVery disappointed with this company, failing to do anything about one of their Tenants who happens to be my neighbour and a Car Dealer from home. Random people turning up night & day using my driveway as a meeting point & even congregating outside my & neighbours houses. Surely its in the tenants contract not be running a business from home, but I suppose they get the commission from the rent & don't really care - the only acknowledgement I got from them "please don't contact us again" - AVOID this micky mouse set up use a reputable caring letting company.

GoogleIt took 130 Days to get my Deposit back. 130 DAYS! 4 and a half months!! After creating a fake dispute, taking an age to argue the case. Other than that they seem to be professional. . .maybe they need more staff. . .but if you like getting your deposit back in a timely manner then avoid.
