I have rented one of the properties let by ‘The Letting People’. The process was smooth and clear. The following observations were made 1. The process of requesting the viewing was very easy. 2. The process of deposit, rent agreement and other were very smooth and Vicky kept me updated constantly. 3. The house was tidied before handing the keys over and the inventory was sent, Report stating the state of house like markings, damages, repairs pending all those were sent. 4. There were some issue observed with the tap and boiler pump that was addressed right away. 5. Vicky has been helpful and very responsive to the queries and questions about the house and building in general. 6. I have had nothing but pleasant experience with the letting people. This is after staying 7 months in the property let by them.

We had our property managed by the letting people and specifically Vicky for around 10 years now and they have been excellent. Vicky has always gone out of her way to fill the apartment when vacant, quickly and efficiently deal with any issues that have come up and keep us in the loop with the day to day management. We couldn’t recommend them /her enough and are only ending our contract with them as we’re selling the property. Thanks so much Vicky for all your hard work!!!!

Worst letting agent they will not respond to your mail and anything landlord Deducted £450+. I asked agency to share the photos of the before and after I moved in. But those ppl are not responding to any email. Please choose wisely before going any property managed and letting by this company. And properties will be too worst you will regret after moving they will say they ll fix once we move but it ll not happen. I’m the 2nd customer who faced this issue from the agency.

I would highly recommend The Letting People to anybody looking to rent out their property. They managed my flat in Leamington Spa from February 2014 to October 2021 when I sold the property. Over the years I have always received the highest level of customer service from the team. I have always had super tenants rent my property and excellent maintenance support. Victoria has been particularly helpful over the last 2-3 years, organising everything from decorators to plumbers and boiler replacements for me.
