GoogleIt's been almost a month since I've moved out and my deposit is yet to be returned, emails go unanswered for weeks despite multiple chases, I eventually got a reply when I mentioned small claims court but silence since then. Extremely poor level of customer service. Was similar during the tenancy application process. Steer clear of you can, not worth the hassle.

Hi Kasia, we're saddened to hear of the negative experience that you have had with the Leaders team at Leamington Spa surrounding the release of the Deposit. As a business we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of assistance throughout their experience with us, particularly if issues arise so it is disappointing to hear that you haven't received this. I have had the opportunity to discuss your feedback with Sam Worrall within the property management centre. It can be evidenced that since the end of your Tenancy that you had emailed the team several times to request an update in relation to the deposit release, when viewing our system I am unable to see that the team had responded to these emails at the earliest opportunity. In my discussions with Sam she has informed me that she and the team were instead attempting to contact you via mobile to discuss the deposit release although sadly as your number had changed this meant they could not get in touch with you and whilst this has not helped we acknowledge that if the team could not get hold of you by phone they could have instead responded to the emails you sent to provide updates and so we would like to offer our sincere apologies for any disappointment caused as a result of this. I understand that Sam has now been provided with your final accounts form as well as your bank details and therefore the deposit is in the process of being released and once processed by our Clients Accounts team will be returned to you. All feedback that we receive is taken most seriously and so we will of course use this review to refine our efforts within the Leamington Spa Property Management Department to ensure similar situations do not arise. Hi Linda, we're disappointed to read of the negative experience you've had with our team at Leamington Spa due to the transfer of electricity across to SSE, we’re aware that this is the second unhappy review that you've left about the team and it’s really dissatisfying for us that further issues have arisen for you. We can appreciate why the transfer of the electricity has been inconvenient for you however this is contained within our Terms of Business that you signed which states “The Agent may at its discretion make arrangements either on or before the commencement of any new Tenancy Agreement for the Gas and/or electricity supplying the property to be provided by the supplier SSE or such Supplier as the agent may from time to time nominate. However, this will not prevent the Landlord or the Tenant changing to a different energy provider during the Term of the Tenancy.” By signing these documents you confirmed you had read, understood and agreed to the contents of these. While there was no tenancy yet set up this process does start to be undertaken once we take on the property had you not wished for this to take place then this could have been opted out of, we would like to offer our apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this, should you wish to discuss this further then please contact Jan Carpenter the Lettings Manager on 01926 428989 as I know she would be happy to go through this with you. 5weeks ago we moved out and it seems that.. once you’ve moved out they really delay giving you your deposit back
And ignore all messages regarding it. Really sad as whilst we were with them it was first class service.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Leaders Estate Agents in Leamington Spa and have been really impressed with the service received by the manager Jas Bagri and sales negotiator Sophie O’Callaghan. We were fully informed on every step in relation to our sale and were able to contact either Jas or Sophie with any issues. They dealt with everything extremely quickly and assisted with anything we needed. The details & photographs of our property were also displayed and advertised professionally, which certainly assisted in a very quick sale.
I would also like to personally commend Jas for his extreme professionalism and assistance in dealing with issues around our subsequent purchase and our conveyancers who unfortunately were not as efficient as we would have liked. I definitely recommend Leaders Estate Agents and would use them again.
