We completed the purchase our flat through Leaders 6 weeks ago and would recommend them in the future. Daniel and Abigail were relentless in resolving issues which were neither their doing nor in their control, and were always available to contact be it on the phone or email. They assisted greatly in getting our excellent survey done in a short time frame, recommending a quality local company. Daniel in particular was always professional, very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Staffing changes did lead to a lull in contact while we were dealing with solicitors, but this didn't hinder the progression of the sale with it going through on the day intended. Their choice of cleaning contractor could be be improved which is why this is not a 5* review. Many thanks to all the team at Leaders Leamington, we've now got the flat we wanted and we're no longer renting!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ESTATE AGENT. I have had so many problems with them, from handing tenants the wrong keys then turning to charge landlord to replace lock instead of admitting they lost the keys, to what is so surreal, lending your property to drug dealers growing weed. It is just unbelievable, avoid at all cost don’t be fooled by their sweet talks.

Formerly Heritage Properties when we were trying to buy a house through them last year (2016) I cannot recommend Tom Glancy enough at this estate agent. It was the most challenging attempted purchase I've ever been involved with and I've moved 36 times. Tom was patient with the older vendor and, despite her unbelievable behaviour, remained professional all times. Unfortunately the purchase fell through due to the property being withdrawn after five months. If you are looking for an estate agent in Leamington Spa go and see Tom and the team.

After letting houses for over 15 years, I can safely say these last 12 months has been the worst, most expensive and stressful experience to date. Leaders do far from "Lead" their commication, extraordinary extra fees and services are diabolical. I would strongly advide you to do NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING! Especially if you expect rent on time ot a tenant which has been checked correctly.

Only one word, THIEF ! Living in the UK can be a stressful experience for a tenant. This is because of the high amounts of responsibilities while finding the best letting agents often devolve into a situation where you end up getting and signing agreements you are never told about as a tenant. Here are some of the things that tenants need to be aware of that can cause you to fall foul when it comes to renting out a property with an agent. They hold your money and you can't almost do anything about it. Forget about TDS, they don't care about you. My best advice is to ask them to write a formal letter with a statement that they are going to give you back the deposit after the renting period.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My only wish is that I could put 0 star... The UK rental market is broken. The letting agent fees are the most costly in Europe, landlords are protected from any market forces and renters have no voice or power of negotiation as a tenant. While landlords sit back and laugh at their gravy train - landlady's enjoy subsidising themselves whilst doing nothing for the tenant - landlords are still allowed to charge tenants between £500-£1200 p.a and increase it at any time. Whether you are looking to rent a property, rent from a landlord or become one yourself you'll soon realise how broken the system is. I've always been an advocate of learning from others mistakes so that you don't make them yourself. Absolutely brilliant service. They fit myself and a friend in for a viewing of a property late in the day. We were shown around by Liam who was brilliant. When we decided that we wanted to go ahead we spoke to Jan who was also very helpful. We were both very impressed by the professionalism and dedication shown by the Leaders team.
