I’m updating my review after my 2 year rate was up for renewal. I have nothing but good to say about my experience. The staff are great and I have some comments on the below. Shaun Brennan - Shaun was great. Explained everything in detail, made in simple and straightforward to understand. He’s helped me massively and is a key player to why I use Connells. Heather Gair - I was nervous about renting my property out. But Heather’s knowledge and experience in this field was a great reassurance. Clear, concise and she knew exactly how to deal with me. I couldn't recommend Connell's more if I tried! Myself and partner are first time buyers so completely clueless on the tasks involved with moving let alone knowing what paperwork to complete but Andrew McConnell walked us through every step of the way, helping chase the progress and essentially holding our hands through every step! We had a lot of contact with Julie as well and whatever request we had, she was always there with answers or get back to us with them. When we decided to move again we most certainly will be coming back.

We have been clients of the Lettings department at Connells, Leamington Spa for the last seven years. We have just experienced our first change of tenant during that time, a fantastic result for us in terms of stability in the property and testimony to Selina Egan and her team for obviously meeting both landlord and tenant requirements. Regarding the renovation and re-letting our house, Selina and Heather opened a dialogue with us as to their vision of how the property could be placed in terms of elevation in the market, and what would be needed to be done on our side. As our tenants left on Christmas Day, at times it was not easy to achieve the works over the holiday period. Heather was extremely helpful advising as to a timeline to aim for and assuring a speedy marketing process once the property was ready. Our property has now moved to the top of the rental market in its bracket. Connells Lettings have brought us a tenant who is a great match for the house, one of the most important aspects from a landlord’s point of view, the right tenant for the right property. One of our observations about working with Selina and her team is the level of consistency and attention to detail - whether we speak to Heather, Rebecca, Leanne, or other members of staff, all are interested, aware, responsive and efficient at what they do. We look forwards to continuing to work with them all.

Relocating and changing jobs is stressful enough but dealing with a sale and purchase really adds to it! Right from the get go when we met Sera for a valuation, we knew we would be in good hands. This team were professional, proficient and extremely supportive throughout our sale and purchase and nothing was ever too small to ask. They achieved above asking price on our home and made the whole process seamless. We finally did it!! We would like to thank Lucy as she has been really helpful and understanding to us. Our buying process has been quite long and we have faced so many difficulties with the solicitors. However, Lucy was always there for us. She chased our solicitors every day and engaged the Connells team to make the process faster for us. We received outstanding service from Connells and felt we were in very professional and safe hands throughout the letting process. In the early stages of considering various agents, Heather was always on hand to give sound and detailed advice, without being too pushy. Heather kept in regular touch (while we were purchasing a property) but without commitment from us, and it was this that helped Connells stand out from the crowd. Leanne took us through the entire letting process, which has changed dramatically over the years. The pace was fast & at times difficult to keep up with, but successful letting was always the goal and this was handled with the utmost professionalism. Last but by no means least was Charlotte who did the viewings. Again, we were met by someone with professional confidence and a very friendly manner. She was always respectful of potential tenants and of the property itself. Thank you Connells for a great service!

I had a recent experience with Connells Leamington for Letting my property. I must say I was very much impressed by the team, particularly Abby Morgan. She has been very upfront and easy to reach to , from initial interaction, explaining all the legalities, suggestions related to letting, even going beyond to help me sort certifications required prior to letting and taking interest in helping me sort everything in such short time. I have just rented a flat with the help of Connells in Leamington Spa. Beccy was brilliant and so helpful throughout the whole process- incredibly informative and quick to respond to any queries.
