GoogleI have been working with the team at leamington for a number of years now as their electrician and always had a good working relationship with them! I mainly deal with Leanne and Lily in property maintenance and they have always ensured my bills are paid. My parents also rent their property out through them as well, Selina and the team always ensure they put quality tenants in for them! 5 star service

GoogleSelina worked tirelessly to make my move from London to Leamington Spa a reality, not only did she manage to book the viewing with extremely short notice, but went over and above by working outside of her normal hours to speak with the landlord during the application as he was away on holiday, she kept me up to date every day and generally was a pleasure each and every time we spoke on the phone, I look forward to the move and once again thank you Selina and the team!

GoogleConnells were our estate agents when buying a flat in Leamington Spa. They, particularly Julie Hopwood, were very instrumental in closing off a very complicated deal. Julie was regularly providing us with updates and going above and beyond to communicate with the sellers’ solicitors and keep the deal moving along. We would not have done it without Julie and her great professionalism. We are very grateful to her and would recommend Connells as an estate agent as a result.

GoogleLucy and the team were exceptionally helpful throughout my buying process, calling me quickly with updates of new properties which fit my criteria and providing concise feedback through the bidding process. Once i had an offer accepted the team kept me up to date on the progress as well as giving me guidance on the process as i was a first time buyer. Shaun was also a great help when arranging my mortgage, he could not do enough to help me and was extremely proactive in initially getting me a better mortgage deal than my original broker then improving the rate by constantly reviewing the market and then advising me to go for a better rate.

GoogleOur experience with Connells was fantastic from start to finish. We were able to complete our house purchase in less than 8 weeks from our initial viewing of the property. We had also previously seen a few houses with Connells and the team were great with booking additional viewings etc. The staff at Connells were prompt in replying to queries, friendly, helpful and considerate throughout the entire process, we definitely recommend the Connells team.
