For several years, I used the Leamington branch of Connells for letting a property belonging to someone for whom I had Lasting Power of Attorney when she had to go into a Care Home. I have nothing but praise for the Leamington lettings team. When things went wrong, as they do, usually for understandable and reasonable reasons, the staff, particularly Selina Egan, stepped in and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. They managed to sort things out and took over from the central services - I always find that having local people to whom you can speak, and build long-standing relationships is far better then having to communicate electronically with changing and different staff from a Head or Regional Office. And this was an excellent example of that. When the owner of the property passed away, and there was a long-winded and drawn out period before probate, the staff were exceptionally understanding with the transition to the new owner. There were a few awkward problems arising from the transition, not of Connells' making, but the staff, particularly Leanne Beverley, were outstandingly patient and persevering. Leanne went way beyond what was reasonable, and she deserves great praise. I leave the property in the Leamington team's capable hands, and am very satisfied that I chose Connells all those years ago.

Shaun was a very good mortgage advisor. I was desperate for a mortgage and unsure if I would get it because I had just moved into the UK. A friend asked us to pop in and speak with one of the Connells mortgage advisors in Leamington spa, and this was the best decision for us. Let a property that we were struggling to sell through Connells a couple months ago. Abigail and Beccy and the whole team were super helpful throughout the whole process as this was our first time letting a property. There was a lot of competition and we actually met with several letting agents. We went with Connells as they seemed to be the best at walking us through the process and we also really liked how Connells management was all done in the local branch rather than at a central hub.
