My partner and I are extremely grateful to Accord Lets, and particularly to Maggie who has helped us find a fantastic flat and supported us right through the process. Accord is a very professional and responsive estate agent to deal with. I used this top rated estate agent of Leamington Spa back in 2016. Very much impressed, does exactly what it says on the tin. Unfortunately, I was advised to use a local independent estate agent for the sake of a few £ save. 'Cheap is always expensive in the end' is the lesson I learnt from that fiasco. So, now I am back with Accord for their decent service. Although I feel they are expensive to start with, their attentive service compensates for the price. Hopefully Accord also exceeds my expectations of 'better value' in the future.

Review (as tenant) I rented my current home using Accord Lettings. Kacie has been managing my case. She was very kind and responsive throughout the entire process, she followed up quickly by email or phone call if I had any query or issue. Kacie also helped me the day I got keys. There were some issues with the front door of the property as it was not working properly. She came over straight away to witness that the door was not working and she advise me to call the landlady, who has already repaired it. Overall I had a good experience with this estate agent and with Kacie.

I would definitely recommend accord letting agents leamington spa. Maggie was very helpful when I was looking for accommodation for my son. She arranged a video viewing for me as couldn't be there in person due to the distance to travel. She took care of everything and I was kept well informed by tel calls and e mails. When we finally arrived in leamington spa it was no problem to go into the office with any questions and to finalise the let. Connor and Kacie were also very helpful when Maggie wasnt in the office. Mixed opinions on accord lets. We recently rented a property from them and had numerous problems from the get go. Partly accords fault, partly the landlords fault. We dealt with most things through Maggie, who was professional and kind. However, when we requested to go back into the house to take some measurements (once our application had been accepted) Maggie was unable to find any time for us. She then didn’t respond to any of my emails but replied to my partner (which I considered to be quite rude). Not sure we would use accord again, but overall the team are friendly and relatively helpful!
