Webbers were incredibly helpful with our house purchase from start to finish. The first house they sent details on was a perfect match to our requirements, and we immediately made an offer "sight unseen" without looking at any other properties. The whole process was more complicated since we were living abroad and had a house to sell, but we were able to move from offer to completion in about 3 months, exchanging contracts after only 2 months. Communication was great every step of the way, despite an 8-hour time difference: we always knew exactly what was going on and were able to contact our agent easily. If I find myself in a position to buy or sell another home, I know exactly where I'm going! Thanks Webbers!

Hi,Webbers estate agent Ilfracombe North Devon have no creativity in their marketing strategy. I asked them to advertise my guest house for sale and gave them some of my own ideas,but after two drafts they still ignored me and offered a bland and boring advert, so reluctantly I refused to sign their contract and I,m looking for another agent .Also you will note their arrogance in that they will not offer a right of reply which trust pilot offer then ,quite disgraceful.

All of the team in the Wellington branch were incredibly friendly and approachable, welcoming me with warm smiles when I visited the office. They took the time to talk through my options and offered helpful guidance as I consider my next steps toward buying a property closer to my daughter. Although I haven’t purchased through them, it was genuinely a great experience.

GoogleIt was an extremely stressful sale from start to finish but at no point was it the fault of Webbers. Leah at the Launceston Branch couldn’t have done enough to push our sale through whilst having to deal with us two very frustrated vendors, but she kept cool and professional at all times.
