Between them they have managed the sale of my cottage and the purchase of a new apartment Jeremy Bancroft has been helpful and patient In finding a good number of viewers for my cottage and patiently finding a new home to move to,It was Wasim Amir who managed to negotiatea good offer for my home and a fair price for me as a buyer. Firstly let me thank all at simonmiller but in particular Richard.It’s been a difficult time what with initially selling our house at the beginning of COVID pandemic. Slow start and reduced staff members was challenging for us and Simon Miller.However since dealing with Richard, our opinion on Simonmiller has massively changed. I truly believe Richard has gone above and beyond. All we’ve ever wanted is honesty, and communication. Richard gave us positive updates, updates even if there was nothing to report. Negative updates and relayed information to us, this was reassuring and made what was quite a strange sale to a difficult buyer as least stressful as possible.Richard did not sugar coat things and was honest and professional this I believe is what all customers want.The customer service Richard gave us was great, I would recommend simonmiller to anyone, I will also use simonmiller in the future. Was expecting a better service

I was informed by Tony that he had lots of people looking for property in the area, vetted buyers were ready to view the moment the contract was signed. It was all put in a very positive light. I was really disappointed when this did not happen and no potential buyers viewed in the early stages. All the viewings came much later down the line and to my knowledge only from the online advert. Getting updates was an issue and i had to chase on several occasions. I would have given a much higher score if I had been given updates from day 1, everything just went quiet. On the bright side Kelly was my key contact in the final weeks before the sale was completed, she was by far the most helpful, great to work with and called me weekly with updates.

Wasim at Simon Miller

We chose Wasim from Simon Miller to sell our house after interviewing most of the local agents. Wasim was grounded and very competent. He held our hand through the whole process and knew exactly how to get us through the minor bumps. Our house sold in two weeks and Wasim took every one of our phone calls or got back to us within an hour or so. He has a great team of people behind him which was very evident through the process. Had to sell my late fathers bungalow during the Lockdown. Wassim and his team were professional from start to finish. They had the keys to show people around, and during the Covid crisis they ensured that they adhered to their risk assessments and made sure that their staff, the clients and the property were safe at all times. Wasim is quite literally unbelievable. From the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about a valuation, to completing on my sale, Wasim has been a shining example of what an Estate Agent in this day and age should be. Always available, always helpful and forever pushing my sale through, to the very end. Forget worrying about saving 1% extra on a fee and pay this man what he’s worth - He got me nearly 10% over market value for my property and I’m so happy with how the entire process went. Give this man a pay rise. In fact no, give this man a bloody knighthood!!

I rented one of their properties near to their office. To start with the good,they rented to me with a guarantor when another agent wouldnt. They enabled me to have a roof over my head for a year. They also attended to repairs pretty quick. When moving in,three guys including the manager had a shouting match with the removals guy i Used. Seemed unprofessional which they realised having appologised shortly after. Communication was lacking at times, taking ages or not responding to emails. I asked to pay to stay an extra week so they cancelled my check out inventory then only told me when i phoned an hour after its due where they said they cancelled because they thought i was staying longer even though they hadnt even confirmed i could,meaning i made other arrangements. The check in and out was undertaken by different third party companies meaning lots of discrepencies,although this probably disadvantaged them more than me The communication was even worse when in process of trying to get my deposit back. I finally got my deposit back three months after my tenancy ended. They tried to make fairly big deduction for whole property clean when only disputing cleanliness of one area. They eventually backed down when i argued this. The deposit scheme they Used is also useless at communication. Please bare these points in mind before renting though this branch!

This company was absolutely fantastic getting us sorted out being first time buyers. They were very punctual and catered for all of our needs along the whole process. Being a first time buyer there are obviously a number of stresses and worries that you have, Wasim Amir and his team also recommended a solicitor that was absolutely fantastic. The whole team and the solicitor was great during this time of the corona virus and even with that going on everything continued smoothly as it should and we were kept fully updated at all times. Excellent customer service from a team that really makes a difference

The whole team at Simon Miller, West Malling were never anything less than fantastic when selling my home. They stepped in when I was completely failed by another estate agent and worked hard to get my property back on the market as quickly as possible. As a bit of a novice when it comes to buying and selling properties they supported me every step of the way. I was always filled with confidence that they were doing everything needed to get the right people viewing my property through to getting the right offer. At the end of the process they really helped chase all parties solicitors involved in the chain, making the process a lot easier for me. The experience of selling and buying a property can be very stressful but the staff here were so helpful every step of the way from start to finish .
