I received excellent communications and patience from Lyndsey. Generally she was available to take my phone calls or if necessary returned my call. I found the Goodlord website more than difficult, but she steered me round it with much patience. I was also vey late on the day I had an appointment to collect the keys, which was due to a serious holdup on my journey from north London, but she made light of that and welcomed me when I eventually arrived.

I am so happy with the service I received from Simon Miller & Company Lettings. Sandra Walters has honestly been so lovely the whole way through our rental process. The difference between the service I had with this company compared to others is Sandra had time to speak to me, nothing was to much bother to answer, friendly and made me feel welcomed. Wasim and his Team are very pro-active. Negotiated a great price for our sale which wasnt the highest offer but was the best buyer...the buyer was that perfect for us Simon Miller supported our solicitors to complete the sale in just 5 weeks, yes 5 weeks!! We had a very bad experience with Your Move that ended up costing us thousands so avoid at all costs. If Simon Miller cover your area then do not look anywhere else, best in the area.

I'm not at all surprised that this will sound like a repeat.Wasim Amir (Barming manager working out of Maidstone office) was exceptional from start to finish. Charming, inspiring trust and confidence, fair, totally on top of his art, personally involved, outstanding communication, receptive, responsive. Relatively quick and very straightforward process, painless, in excess of asking price.What's not to like? I'd love to proof read and spell check the branch paperwork which doesn't fairly reflect the level of service it underpins. Yes, I did raise it at an early stage with the sales staff but didn't get the response I would have liked and let it rest.I'm confident that Wasim will now 'get it done' (over to you!).
