Extremely impressed - recommend

Extremely impressed and happy with the service from Simon Miller. We bought one of their properties and sold our own property through a different agent - what a difference. We weren't even paying Simon Miller but Jeremy Bancroft kept me informed at all times and kept on top of chasing developments in the chain and got all the problems sorted promptly. He got the whole thing through in 10 weeks from us viewing to completion and moving in - I can honestly say that without his input this wouldn't have happened so quickly. His team were also great. My own agent was unimpressive. Thoroughly recommend Simon Miller for their excellent service.

This was an emotional move for many…

This was an emotional move for many reasons a fresh start for me and my children and most importantly for my eldest son who was in hospital at the time for 6 months. I had to sell my house immediately to be able to secure and reserve my new home. Wasim filled me with confidence was extremely professional and genuinely caring about my circumstances, I sold my home without it being fully advertised in a week had viewings immediately and was therefore able to buy my house. I can’t thank Wasim enough he kept me completely informed the whole time nothing was too much and I can honestly say it’s been such a smooth process. We have let 4 properties under full management with Simon Miller for a number of years.I have found them to be very professional, efficient and helpful. They were I believe one of the first agencies to provide an on-line platform for landlords to utilise, thus enabling landlords to retreive historical information, very quickly. All staff are helpful and work well, and in particular Charlotte takes the trouble to contact management and freehold companies on our behalf.This makes our life much easier. I switched agents to Simon Miller following a poor experience with another local estate agents. Wasim, the Manager at Simon Miller Barming Office, provided me with confidence from the outset that I would receive a good service and get the price I desired, and he kept to his word. Jeremy's approach has been very professional throughout the whole process. He obviously has many years of expreience and helped us with any situation that arose. I cannot recommend Simon Miller enough. Right from the start Jeremy at the Maidstone branch was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions when I viewed the flat, as well as providing useful suggestions, and allowed me plenty time to view as well as accommodating a second viewing a couple of days later. Fantastic service

We joined the agency to find a new house, I enrolled, and straight away I was alerted to a house.
