Excellent service.

Excellent service.We asked Wasim Amir to value our late mothers house and were very impressed with his professionalism and decided to market the property through Simon Miller. Wasim was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the marketing process and made himself available for any questions that I asked him either via email or phone. We were amazed at how quickly the property was marketed and how many viewings were booked, these were all handled by the agents. All the staff we have dealt with have been friendly and professional. Liberty-Mae Banks was extremely helpful with her updates. We wish to thank all the staff for their hard work in selling the property so quickly.

Excellent customer service. We were purchasing a property through Simon Miller, Maidstone. Throughout the process we experienced a prompt and thoughtful service, which exceeded our expectations. Jeremy and Richard were always on hand and requests were always met with a can do approach. Jeremy checked in on us regularly and Richard often had to go over and above to get all parties in the chain communicating. Finally... an Estate Agent that is professional and straight talking

We switched agents to Simon Miller after endless frustrations with our previous agent and our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! Kelly Smith, Sales Manager was professional and straight talking - exactly what we wanted and so unlike all the other agents that visited us. We were pleased to have other members of the team come and visit too and get to know us and the property and felt confident that they could provide perspective buyers with the right information. Kelly was realistic about pricing and strategy and communicated with us in a way that was refreshingly honest. Selling a house through Brexit and a pandemic was challenging but we always felt that we were kept in mind and that the team genuinely were on our side throughout the process. Even with a few bumps in the road we always felt confident that a solution would be found and reassured that there was a plan in place! We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and service and recommend them without hesitation.

Great service from Wasim at Simon Miller

Wasim was my first contact with Simon Miller. Immediately thought what a well presented, personable and professional guy he was on meeting him in my mums property which was entering probate at the time. In the first meeting he demonstrated his experience and knowledge being very helpful with information about the probate process obviously linked to the sale which I found really helpful as doing myself. During the process there was a moment where I felt a little pushed but with Wasim acting for us realised this was all in our favour. He then found a buyer in 2 or 3 days at asking price even before photos for my mum’s house and in about 4 weeks above asking price for my own house. (They had been valued the same by another estate agent).Knowing him better now he is a nice chap too, has dogs like us and knowing his knowledge and experience with all matters connected with house sales and his motivation to get the job done, I would not hesitate to contact him first if selling in the future.Thanks and great service.Nick & Kim

They can always be reached and always return calls. They offer good advice and go the extra mile. I was impressed

We were in the unfortunate position of having to sell my mother in law's bungalow. I saw a couple of other agents and then Wasim Amir came along to look at the property. He was very efficient, explained everything and I just liked the way he worked. We went with Simon Miller and sold the property for what we wanted and today we have completed.We did not have to do any of the viewings, which in the Covid situation was brilliant. Amazing in every way!

Jeremy at Simon Miller was the agent when we bought our house and he was exceptional then so when we came to sell it there really was only one option for us. We bought a new build property and they recommended we meet other estate agents but we were never interested. We knew Jeremy does his job to an impeccable standard and we were never going anywhere else. Jeremy has been so impressive during this move that now the new build developer has told us that she will be recommending Jeremy for future house sales because of his superb manor and conduct. One of the most important things with a house sale is speed. The returning of calls and emails speeds the process along and gets you into your new home at the earliest opportunity, which is what everyone wants. Jeremy (and his team at Simon Miller) are top class when it comes to being on top of queries and questions to get the sale moving forward at speed. Jeremy was so on the ball with our house sales that we had viewings before it officially hit the market and in fact the house was under offer before it had even gone on right move due to the diligence of Jeremy and his team alerting potential new buyers of our upcoming property. In addition, Jeremy is always on your team and looking to do his best for you as a both a seller and we’ve seen this as a buyer as well - truly exceptional service. There can be challenging conversations when selling a house and these are handled with professionalism and always resolved as soon as they possibly can to allow the sale to continue moving forward. Jeremy has an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of how buyers react and feel and knows exactly what to do at exactly the right time which for a person new to the property ladder is absolutely amazing. As you can see, I can’t thank Jeremy and his team enough for everything they’ve done for us and the helping hand they had at getting us into our beautiful new home and moving our old home onto the perfect new buyer.

Wasim was great from the offset, when he came to value our house I felt he was honest throughout and was nothing but helpful. I have been a prety needy customer but when i needed updates Wasim was able to give me it there and then or he went off to find the answer and always came back to me. Got there in the end!

Trying to move home in 2020 has been a challenge. Through it all Simon Miller were understanding when we got cold feet at times and ready to leap into action when we finally found our dream home. I have sold one property through Simon…

I have sold one property through Simon Miller (as my agent), and bought a property in a second transaction (as the Vendors agent) and in both roles I have found them to be responsive, helpful and able to offer sound advice. Brian Pitzey deserves a special mention (Manager Maidstone branch) who has been a great help. As the COVID-19 shut down began and Brian was furloughed, Wasim Amir has stepped up and continued to provide an effective service despite the challenges. One aspect of Brian’s service that I most valued was his realistic advice, helping us to price our property realistically, and to select a good buyer (not necessarily the highest bidder) from the multiple offers we received. The property we purchased was also realistically priced, which has meant both the buyer )me) and the seller can feel happy with the deal struck. Both the purchase and the sale were fairly quick to agree (weeks not months) although the legal process was glacial, exacerbated by the shutdown. Simon Miller remained engaged in the process throughout keeping nervous buyers and sellers on board and informed. It is perhaps the most important accolade to Simon Miller that I am now in the process of selling my main home, and have selected Simon Miller sd our Agent. As a first time buyer I can not fault the service and communication Simon and Miller offered. Dan at the Larkfield office was very helpful, quick to respond and good at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Dan was always willing to answer any questions I had now ever silly I felt they were and was very good reassuring at me when I was a little anxious. I fell in love with the property at first sight and was eager to secure it. With the Covid 19 pandemic it was easy to worry about the security of the sale but the company worked hard through out, kept in constant touch and put my mind at rest all the way through. I would highly recommend Simon and Miller particularly the larkfield office. We purchased our first home through Simon Miller and I cannot recommend the the team at the Barming branch enough.We viewed the property at an open day, but unfortunately someone put in a better offer than us. When this offer fell through, the team contacted us first as they were aware of how disappointed we were when our initial offer was rejected. When we put in a second offer, Wasim reassured me that there would be no gazumping and that no one would be viewing the house once our offer was accepted. Wasim was a great help throughout the whole process, replying to any queries within the day and ensuring that both parties' solicitors were working as fast as they could to push the sale through. On the whole I could not fault them at any stage of the process as they made our first purchase so much easier and more enjoyable.
