I have just completed in on the sale of my property and I can't recommend Simon Miller & Co enough, in particular my main contact Dan Osborne. Compared to other estate agents that I have used in the past, what I appreciated about Dan was the communication (responsive), the supportive management of the process, and being very proactive in helping the process move forward. House buying and selling is never simple, there are stumbling blocks and it always takes longer than you hope, however Dan was always present and solution focused throughout the journey. Thank you!

Kelly Smith is an amazing asset to Simon Miller. I sold my property and embarked on a stressful journey exchanging to a timescale. Thankfully Kelly had a fighting spirit to persevere and was on the phone the day of exchange pushing all parties to communicate and respond to my solicitor, to which we successfully exchanged. I am still going through my house sale and have hit some difficulties however no matter what happens at the end Bella and the rest of the staff at Simon miller have been absolutely amazing. I would not sell a house with anyone else now. They are extremely proactive! Bella has never been afraid to chase or call anyone to get answers. When she hasn’t been at work Kelly also just picks up everything and carries on so there are no gaps! Also when I had viewings Bella and Kelly were totally trustworthy! I will recommend to everyone now.

I contacted Simon Miller & Co. following the death of a very close friend requesting they deal with the sale of the house. I spoke to Tony Haskins who was absolute brilliant, very empathic and went that extra mile from day one. The marketing was spot on and I was kept fully informed of every development promptly. A buyer was found swiftly but the delay was at my end obtaining the Grant of Probate, but Tony and Hayley Champion managed all parties expertly and the sale was concluded. Absolute 5 stars for simon miller larkfield office

What can I say. I dealt with Tracey to start she showed me a couple of properties to rent but one wasn't what I was looking for and the other I just missed out on. Unlike other estate agents/letting agencies where you never hear from them again, they go back to their portfolio or as soon as a new property comes on the market they will call and see if your interested. Then I had a call from Lyndsey said she has a flat one coming up, we went and had a look and it was exactly what I was looking for. Once again I can't thank all the ladies in the lettings department enough made my daughter and me very happy tenants.

Never again!

Having bought and sold many times over the years, I can honestly say this (we dealt with Andrew at the Larkfield branch) has been the worst experience of any estate agent I have ever dealt with (and there have been many brilliant ones!). My advice would be to take the sales pitch to get the instruction with a (massive) pinch of salt - so much of the service described wasn't subsequently delivered. And, if you are making offers on properties through them, be very wary as they openly share the names, contact details, budget and offers made (in my experience going back three years!), as part of getting people to market properties with them (and yes, I have the evidence and am sharing it with the ICO). Never again!

We have just completed on our dream house and Kelly at Simon Miller, West Malling, has been amazing throughout the whole process. From the first valuation we knew we wanted to work with her - we felt she was on our side, supportive, helpful and never pushy. She sold our house 3 times very quickly due to buyers dropping out, and secured us an excellent price. Our search area was very small and the market was moving very fast, but she calmly assured us she would find us somewhere and she did! Having resided in Australia for 12 years, I recently decided to sell my home/investment in Maidstone, with a certain level of trepidation of not being nearby to oversee the sale. I contacted several local agencies and was particularly impressed with the pro-active approach, confidence and positive pricing which Wasim and the Simon Miller team offered... and I wasn't left disappointed.
