We had 2 properties to sell the first being my father in laws bungalow and then our own as we wanted to buy somewhere more suitable for us all to live together .Wasim negotiated a very good deal for us and promised a quick sell on the bungalow and to our surprise whilst we were on holiday he got us a buyer who wanted to move in within 2 weeks !!, things moved quickly and smoothly .Due to lockdown the house we wanted to purchase seemed to be slipping further and further away and then as soon as lockdown lifted Wasim had a buyer waiting and due to him taking over negotiations with all parties in the chain we managed to secure our dream home that we had almost given up on .We would highly recommend him and his team for his determination and tenacity and going that bit further ( very often working on his day off) to get the job done .We are now really enjoying our new home and both our children are about to engage Wasim to sell their homes and find them their dream.

From the initial home visit with Simon, to the multiple viewings with Paige, emails with Gemma and progression with Richard I have received nothing but a 5-star service. Everybody I have encountered at Simon Miller & Co have been professional in their approach, friendly to talk to and informed in their advice given. They have always followed government covid rules during the pandemic and put me first at all stages of the sale and purchase. This includes Paige being available out of hours and over weekends to help me attend viewings around my busy schedule.Obviously the most important things to consider when selling and buying a property are; clear and concise communication, professional customer service and honesty with delays and difficulties encountered, all of which Simon Miller & Co were exceptional in delivering.I would highly recommend using their young, dynamic and energetic team for the purchase and sale of any property.

Excellent service from Wasim at the Maidstone branch and team with selling my 2 houses. Also an amazing and outstanding service from Shirley who is the after sales negotiator who worked endlessly to chase and nudge the solicitors and buyers to completion and provide regular updates.Usually once an agent has sold your property you hear very little after from them but this was not the case with Simon Miller who remained involved right up to completion. This service is very important in a world of mass factory conveyancing where there is no recourse for delays or mistakes made by your buyers solicitors

She has also kept me up to speed with developments as soon as they happened, as well as taking a very efficient approach to booking in - and feeding back on - viewings. EXCELLENT SERVICE!Earlier this year we decided we are ready for our next step. We wanted to sell our flat and buy a cottage in a great area with a fantastic garden. We were worried we wouldn't find what we wanted and how long and difficult the process could be. I was strongly recommended to use the Simon Miller branch in Larkfield by a number of different friends. I contacted Andrew McGinty the branch manager who came and visited us. He was very personable and like-able and took a keen detailed interest into what we were looking for. Our flat went on the market and within 6 days it was sold!!!We found a property with another estate agents and their service was no where near what we became accustomed to from Andrew. This property though wasn't ticking all the boxes for us.We were losing hope in finding what we were looking for. Then Andrew and Tony (West Malling Branch Manager) called us to say they have visited a cottage which fits exactly what we are looking for. We viewed the cottage before it went on the market and it was perfect! We agreed to buy it without it being put on the market. We are over the moon!!! Andrew and Tony both really cared about what we wanted and went that extra mile to ensure we got it. Having been in communications with other estate agents I would never use anyone other than Simon Miller again! DEFINITELY call Andrew McGinty at Larkfield branch and moving home really will be the excitement it should be!!! 10/10!!!

Can’t praise wasim and Elliott enough of Simon Miller Barming, i was struggling with the process of buying a house on my own and they was so helpful and understanding of my situation, once they found me the perfect house they did everything they could for the speedy sale I was after, working for the NHS during this time I was very busy and I knew my purchase was in safe hands they always contacted me and I never had any problems contacting them , they chased up anything straight away that needed to be done , keep up the good work guys and I would highly recommend them for selling or buying point of view.

Great service from all at Simon Miller (Larkfield) Andrew in particular.He was very professional from the start and always kept us in the loop, the portal is a great idea and really helped us at times to keep tabs on where we was at.Although we had a rough ride throughout our process, which wasnt a reflection on Simon Miller in any way, (developments out of anyones control) Andrew really came up trumps at that point, enabling me to do what I needed but knowing he was working away covering where I couldn't in order to keep ahead of the whole chain moving.Safe to say it was a very successful time all round, but most definitely feel we wouldnt have made it happen given the circumstances we ended up facing if it was anyone else.Simon Miller ( larkfield team )Specifically Andrew McGinty Great Job guys, we thank you !The Lees

We were purchasers of a house on sale with Simon Miller, Barming, but in all honestly we could have been the sellers paying the fee for the care, attention to detail & communication we received from Wasim. He was fantastic! From coming with us at each viewing, coming up with wonderful problem-solving ideas, maintaining a great sense of humour, always giving plenty of undivided attention & keeping us in the loop at every stage. Wasim often chased solicitors when need be & showed concern if he sensed something wasn't quite right on a personal level. Simon Miller were always responsive, helped to chase other parties, and keep our buyer happy even during complications in the process. We had a buyer agreed within a week of our property going on the market. We had lots of problems with our bank, but Richard Long at Simon Miller regularly updated me every week and was always on hand to help where appropriate. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for transactions in the Kent area.
