GoogleIn what turned out to be a very long and tricky sale of my property due to matters outside of the estate agents control, the team at R&B were approachable and professional, keeping me up to date with everything along the way. The Sales Progressor Tracey deserves a mention for her friendly and supportive manner which has been really appreciated in what has at times been a very stressful process. Thank you team R&B.

GoogleI recently completed on a house sold through R&B and they have been great from start to finish. From the old house valuation, and new house viewing with Lee, right through. Hannah sorted my application process, and was most helpful with my constant queries during the process until conveyancing started. I was passed over to Tracy who I think really kept things moving along. With weekly updates or questions from the other side, and nudging solicitors, to keep the ball rolling and momentum up. Always a cheery phonecall, rarely left to go to voicemail and prompt replies to emails. I can't fault the service I've received from Tracy and the rest of the team too. Cheers guys

GoogleR&B have provided a faultless and professional service from the first meeting in the office ro arrange a valuation. The viewers arranged were well briefed on the property and we didn't appear to have any inappropriate viewings made. Communication has been excellent and feedback from each viewing was constructive and timely. On receiving an offer, we had excellent advice and guidance. As the sale progressed, this communication continued. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending R&B. They know their market and they know their buyers.

GoogleMy move had a specific property in mind and RB worked hard to deliver despite the usual ups and downs. Even entering the market just as confidence declined plenty of viewings were arranged for my house and Hannah managed the process very efficiently. Once the sale and the purchase headed towards agreement Tracey took over and drove the deals through in a very decisive way which is what's needed in that situation. The RB team certainly delivered in my case
