GoogleWe made a house purchase through R&B and they were always totally professional and efficient but with the added bonus of all being very friendly and warm. A special mention for Hannah who was our main contact, even if she was not available when we called she always responded very quickly to any messages left. Highly Recommended!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Communication between buyer/seller/R&B was the best I have ever experienced and this is the third time I have bought and sold in the area. The team are also incredibly efficient at moving a sale forward and always aware of how both parties are progressing. Would be more than happy use R&B again.

GoogleIn life you have to be cautious but will this agency as a buyer you have to be very very careful Misleading information about the house and my advice is -do not take any advice from them -do not take the same solicitor that they recommend -take a full survey, even they will tell you that the bank will do one and you do not need to do your own survey (bank survey is a basic valuation one) - make a screenshot of the emails on gmail because they delete and unsend emails -putting pressure on you to buy the house and complete the signature and lying about prices in the local area and saying any rubbish to complete the saleNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe just sold our old home and bought our new home with R&B. We couldn't have had better expertise or experience behind us. Everyone at R&B is exceptionally good at what they do and they are definitely the best estate agents in Lancaster. We were so impressed with Jodi, Kate and Lee who we dealt with. We could not have asked more of them. We previously had a bad experience with a very well know estate agents in Lancaster so we weren't sure who to use but absolutely made the right decision. We have since recommended them to two more happy customers!
