GoogleFirst class service from the full R&B team from our first enquiry to moving house. We were fortunate that not only were they the sellers agent for our house they were the sellers agent for the house we were buying as well. Can't fault one bit of the process that R&B were responsible for. Particular thanks to Tracey Love who handled the sale/purchase once offers had been agreed. She was always on the end of the phone and quick to offer support. We're very happy customers.

Oliver first showed me around the property I wanted to buy, he was so genuine, I had no hesitation in putting my home on the market with him. Rebecca & Maddy negotiated beautifully for me, enabling me to buy my dream home & sell my current home in only 1 phone call! Then I had the pleasure of being supported until completion by the awesome Tracey Love. What she doesn't know about sealing the deal isn't worth knowing. We would recommend them without hesitation. GoogleWe didn't use R&B for our sale which I now deeply regret - but the owners of the house we were buying did. We had better service from Tracey Love than we did from our own estate agents! She was fantastic and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She kept in touch regularly, trouble shot when needed and made sure everything went smoothly. If we ever move again we will, definitely use R&B thanks to her. The service could not have been better - and she wasn't even our estate agent!

GoogleWe have recently sold our house with R&B and have been very impressed with everybody we have dealt with at the office. Their professional and friendly manner has made the process a lot less stressful and worrying, A special thanks goes to Hannah who mostly dealt with our sale, nothing was too much trouble for her. She would keep us regularly updated with phone calls and communicated very well between ourselves and our buyer.

I was feeling anxious about my first experience of this, but nothing was too much trouble and I felt in very capable hands. They kept me up to speed with all developments and their communications were clear and informative, at every stage. The team are obviously working very closely together, as everybody knows what's going on , at any particular time. They were all wonderful throughout the whole process. GoogleI have used R&B rental management services for nearly 10 years. The team have been great in managing my property, always keeping on top of any requirements, able to deal with issues via email promptly and efficiently. I have been able to run my rental property with minimal disruption to my work life, which has been key. Changes in circumstances means I am no longer renting out a property, however if I choose to do so again in the future I would definitely use R&B.

Drop of a hat viewings and we even got Lee's mobile number who responded day and night.
