I sold my house through this estate agent and received excellent service at every point. I was updated every 2 weeks, called before every viewing and given feedback after each. I never had to chase and was always kept up to date so many thanks to Maddy and Jared who were very professional & stayed in touch frequently. Once the property started to go through conveyancing, I dealt with Tracey who called every week and helped negotiate & push the sale through to completion. Excellent service and communication throughout - highly recommend!

Jodie at R&B has managed my flat for the past eight years whilst I have lived overseas. She and her team have taken care of all aspects of tenant management from finding tenants, to keeping them happy and fixing things when they were needed. Jodie has done a superb job, she's been proactive, thorough and very professional throughout, even during stressful times. I could not be more pleased nor want for anything better or different. As an absent landlord it's important to have an agent that is reliable and who can be trusted to see things through, Jodie is all those things and I have been very pleased.

I've just sold a house through R&B, having bought through them 7 years ago. Everything was handled perfectly, lots of viewings and an offer secured within a couple of weeks of being listed. I was kept up to date by Maddy & Jared initially, then Tracey pushed things through to completion. Tracey was super helpful with rounding up the estate agents and solicitors for my new house, ensuring completion happened on the day planned despite last minute hold-ups! My partner and I had have just bought a beautiful house, which we will enjoy making our new home. We are delighted with it, but the journey here has been really tough. We had the most excellent and professional service from GF. I'd like to particularly thank Aimee, who in the initial viewing stages was very helpful. She answered all our questions and found out the answers to quite a few more of our queries by getting in touch with the vendors. She was happy to show us the property several times, which was critical for us in helping us make up our minds. If you want a visual representation of how poor R&B are, see our sign that has been left for months after our contact ended with them. I don’t think R&B would be able to sell ice to an Eskimo! Their utter lack of professionalism and blatant lack of sales skills are some of the many reasons we wanted out of our contract asap. They employ random people to show houses and have absolutely no idea how to sell anything. We switched from R&B to YesMove, and within 5 days our house sold for asking price! If you want your house sat on the market and loads of uninterested buying wandering through your home, choose R&B!
