About JDG Estate Agents Lancaster
If you are reading this, the chances are you are thinking of moving or you have a property to let or sell. My name is John Gallagher and I'm the MD of your local property specialists in Lancaster and Morecambe. You might already know us. After all, we have been selling and letting houses locally for over 30 years. Our team live local. Their children go to the local schools. They shop in the local stores and walk their dogs along the promenade and in the parks. Just like you probably do. They also know the local area, inside out! As the founder and hands on owner, I'm extremely proud of the team we have here at JDG. They hold the same belief that I do, that people come first. We focus on you, the customer. We believe that when you get the customer service right, the sales will naturally follow. Of course there is much more to it than that, as you'll soon discover. Ask us anything you want. You might be a first time buyer looking to get onto the property ladder, you might be an investor wanting some sound investment advice or a safe pair of hands to manage your property portfolio. You might simply need some help in how to achieve the best price for your home. At JDG we are to here help. You have my word

Hi Tina - Many thanks for taking the time to review our company however I am rather perplexed by your comments re our selling ability. First of all, thank you for the kind comments about being helpful and friendly. It is something we pride ourselves on! I am though confused about the selling comment. For the past 15 years, we have been Lancasters, top-selling agent. To explain in more depth - last year 1 in 5 houses sold via JDG, so far this year we averaging 1 in 4. This month alone we have agreed 22 sales and it is only the 18th of February! More importantly, we are ranked by Rightmove and The Property Academy in the Top 3% of estate agents in the UK and The British Property Awards rated us the Gold Winner for Lancaster. These awards are based on 3 factors - Marketing, Service and Results. I have checked through my records as I wanted to call you personally to discuss but I can't find any record of you on our systems - I hope that clears thing up but if you want to chat about it, please call me on 01524 843322

GoogleDo not trust these guys, accepted offer to buy a property in writing and then 30 mins later rejected by playing buyers off one another. AVOID

I'm sorry Job you didn't get the house. I know my husband John has discussed this at length with you. I think it is only right that I comment here seeing as you have brought it to public attention. As you are aware the property had several offers on it. The owners said they would go with your offer but less than 1 hour later a substantially higher offer came in. By UK law we have to put it forward. Thankfully you had occurred no costs at this stage. You didn't want to increase your offer to match it. We have to go with our clients instructions. Just for anyone reading this we are talking £1000's not £100's. I'm sorry you feel this way but in this instance it was out of our control. Best wishes. Michelle
