About JDG Estate Agents Lancaster
If you are reading this, the chances are you are thinking of moving or you have a property to let or sell. My name is John Gallagher and I'm the MD of your local property specialists in Lancaster and Morecambe. You might already know us. After all, we have been selling and letting houses locally for over 30 years. Our team live local. Their children go to the local schools. They shop in the local stores and walk their dogs along the promenade and in the parks. Just like you probably do. They also know the local area, inside out! As the founder and hands on owner, I'm extremely proud of the team we have here at JDG. They hold the same belief that I do, that people come first. We focus on you, the customer. We believe that when you get the customer service right, the sales will naturally follow. Of course there is much more to it than that, as you'll soon discover. Ask us anything you want. You might be a first time buyer looking to get onto the property ladder, you might be an investor wanting some sound investment advice or a safe pair of hands to manage your property portfolio. You might simply need some help in how to achieve the best price for your home. At JDG we are to here help. You have my word

Dear Steve - I know you have had some viewings cancelled due to the fact that the owners chose to accept an offer from a different buyer. This is a clients choice. I really do not know what else we have done to upset you to warrant such a review. Could you please let me know? My phone number is 01524 843322 - Michelle Gallagher

Hi Miss Salazar - I have asked my colleague to call to explain the reasons - sadly the tenant won’t allow us access whilst he is not there. We would like to re-arrange it with you. I know it is inconvenient for all of us. Claire will give you a call ~ Michelle
