GoogleInconsistent service. Very eager to secure deposits however the ongoing relations decline after this. Continued issues contacting them for maintenance issues, and they let a gas safety certificate go 4 months overdue despite several reminders.
Hi Caitlin. I just wanted to reply to aplogise. John and I are both aware of the issues and have already set new processes in place to ensure this does not happen again. Our rental department has been short staffed (I know this not an excuse) and they have had lots of added pressures including a higher than normal level of calls, delays from lockdown and a shortage of contractors. Plans have been put in place and two new team members are currently being trained. I sincerley apologise is this not our normal standards of service at all. Best wishes, Michelle x
