GoogleI highly recommend these guys, my partner and I were really unsure and in the new, very early stages of choosing a property, and Kim made us feel not only important but very comfortable, answering all our questions (even now!) we cannot speak highly enough of her and then as an estate agent.

You remained calm and professional when everyone around you was screaming and pulling their hair out, wether it was chasing solicitors or management companies throughout the near 12 month conveyance you managed to talk us through where we were up to and what you would be doing about it ! GoogleWe were extremely impressed by how Entwistle Green managed the sale of our house. The staff worked together as a real team in dealing with all the issues raised by the sale. Kim, Joshua and Felicity fielfed concerns in a prompt and effective manner. Moreover, Emma ensured that the marketing of the property was very successful and Jan handled viewings with aplomb. We highly recommend them to other sellers!

Updates always provided, completion date was before esimtated date (which was what we needed), always someone around to help if any updates required, frequently contacted with updates. Would defintely use this company/branch again, Kristina and the team was brilliant. Thanks again!

GoogleMe and my family have recently used Entwistle Green in Lancaster to secure a rental property for us to live in. They have been professional from the start unlike other companies we contacted in the area and they were really helpful from the start. They took are details and asked us what we needed and stayed in contact whenever anything came up. They were mindful that we would be moving from Edinburgh and went the extra mile for us when needed. We would really recommend using them for your lettings and sales needs. They have gone above and beyond other lettings agents we have used in the past and made the process much easier.

GoogleI would give 0 stars if I could. Bunch or time wasting amateurs! They are terrible at communicating. Whenever we rang them, they either did not pick up the phone or they said the person who is dealing with our sale was out of the office. In the end we decided to take our property off the market with this company and list it with a competitor and Entwistle couldn't even manage to take it off the market in a timely manner. It took them 2 weeks to remove their for sale sign and remove the online advertisement. They do not vet the people who put in offers to buy a house thoroughly and as a result we had 3 people who put in offers, wasted our time and then pulled out when they could not secure the funds. Honestly DO NOT waste your time with this branch!

GoogleWe only dealt with Entwistle Green at the beginning and end of our tenancy, since we dealt with our landlord directly, but we had a really great experience. We got our keys just before lockdown and the process was quick and painless. Upon deciding to move out, we had one afternoon of viewings, led by the incredibly sweet and friendly Cody. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful.

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish! Currently rent and have had issues with the property that we live in for about 3 years now. After making time after time contact with this office and property management and not even getting call backs from them, leaves me with no choice but to air my views. Being told landlord is looking into it and etc,etc... Just be weary of renting from these lot as they don't get back to you. And problems with properties don't get fixed!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
