We had an extremely poor experience with Entwistle Green. The service and communication were awful. On one occasion we were even told that the vendor was angry and had been put on speakerphone so the entire office could listen. Completely unprofessional.

The worst experience in my life , very unprofessional behaviour by the landlord as well as the agency, first they said to move as soon as possible and after chasing the references when everything was complete the landlord said i no longer want to continue , wasting time and i had no where to go as I already gave a notice to my previous landlord it was quite un pathetic and absolutely not acceptable behaviour entirely rude people the dont deserve to advertise an property

GoogleWe have sold our house with Entwistle Green in Lancaster (sold very quickly ,within 2 weeks) and also bought a house from the same estate agents. Me and my wife dealt with the Branch Manager Kimberly Howarth and also Christina and Roger and found them to be realy reliable and that nothing was too much trouble at all. We got updates and advice on how the sales were going through making sure we new exactly how we was progressing. There are cheaper Internet deals out there,but I'd like to think that you get what you pay for,which in my eyes, I'd rather pay a little extra knowing that I'm being looked after and that I can contact them anytime should you need to ask them anything. I'd recommend them to freinds and family no problem at all. Well done to the staff there your providing a great service. Chris and Tracey

Entwistle Green (St Helens)Unfortunately I have to give 1 star review and even that is being generous. After telling us that we were going to be given another contract after our renewal date by the way a week and a half later we were issued with an section 21 no fault eviction so they lied. Apparently the landlord was sentenced to 10 years in prison which has nothing to do with us but when we did find a property they wouldn't allow us to leave earlier. They lied from the start and then we get given a council tax bill for 4 days after we moved out. We moved out on the 24th November they have charged us until the 28th November. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL AGENT. I SERIOUSLY WOULDN'T GO THROUGH THEM AT WHATEVER THE COST. There unscrupulous and pushy and useless and the staff turnover is terrible.

GoogleBought my first house through entwistle green and used their in house mortgage advisor Chris who works under countrywide mortgage services. Great experience, everything went extremely smoothly. In less than 2 month I went from making an offer, to having the keys. Would 100% use both entwistle and countrywide again.

GoogleFrom a "landlords" perspective we have found the new "lettings" team in EG Lancaster a breath of fresh air!! Nothing is too much trouble & always happy to assist. Both Michael and Cody have worked hard to help / explain procedures to new tenancy`s, at all times friendly,helpfull,polite. RECOMENDED.

GoogleI would highly recommend the Lancaster team for the professional way in which they guided us through the sale of our house. Ryan immediately gave us confidence at the valuation meeting and then Kim and Kristina sensitively liaised between all parties and managed to keep it all on track. Could not be happier with the service and support we have had from Entwistle in the Widnes/Runcorn area. We have been in contact with Amy for the last few weeks who has been a live saver. My mum has been looking for a new house after receiving a notice from her current landlord. Every agency or rep we have spoken with has been extremely unhelpful, it came across judgemental as soon as we mentioned my mums disability and the support she needs. Amy has gone above and beyond to make us feel valued and supported and did not stop trying to help us. The constant communication and reassurance made us feel so at ease and has made the whole transition so much easier. I can’t thank you enough!l and my mum is extremely grateful.

My mums flat flooded due to a leaking pipe, it's been over 9 weeks and both Entwistle and the landlord have still not fixed the problem. Black mould has overtook the floors and walls in the bedroom causing my mum to have breathing difficulties, a very nasty cough, headaches and nose bleeds. Both Entwistle and the landlord have been made aware or the extent of this health and safety issue and both denied responsibility at first until I went through the contract to disprove their claims. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
