GoogleI was really impressed with the proactive approach and responsiveness. I have a busy life and the team seemed to take away all the 'hassle' factor of selling my previously rented property in Blackburn away. This was brilliant as I'd had previous bad experiences and was dissolusioned. I got a really positive attitude from everyone I dealt with, yet not OTT, and they were always seeking feedback and asking if there was anything more they could do (or suggesting options) and tailoring things to suit me eg emailing/texting rather ringing me or ringing a times which fit in with me, not office hours. Excellent service all in all with a happy ending!
