GoogleRecently completed the purchase of our first home. Lorraine and the team at Bridgfords made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us well informed throughout. Would highly recommend if you're wanting clear communication and a stress free time when buying/selling your home. Will definitely be using again if we ever decide to sell.

GoogleTalk about harass a person who you're not even selling the house for! So I did a PX with Barrett Homes and they chose these clowns,to sell my house, so far, I have had weekly phone calls, the new buyer wants to measure to carpet, bring a joiner round, wanted to send the new buyer round unaccompanied, Barrett's don't even own my home to sell yet...

I was regularly kept updated which made me feel at ease during a very stressful process. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleThe agents at Bridgefords are good, but unfortunately their partnership with Countrywide (their lawyers) make them extremely ineffective in their jobs. This CASH purchase took nearly 5 months to complete, and this huge delay was entirely due to their appalling (or overworked?) legal team. If Bridgefords are to be an effective estate agents, they absolutely must sever their ties to this appalling group of charlatans. I am very happy with my new house but extremely unhappy with the way it was handled by Bridgefords. I will be avoiding doing business with them in the future unless major changes are made.

GooglePut an over the asking price offer in the same day we viewed a property and they never bothered to get back to us whether it had been accepted or not. Not good service at all for seller or buyer. I'm not convinced they've even passed it on to the seller. Would not recommend

GoogleFrom the initial contact right through to sale Bridgefords were very professional and kept me up to speed with feedback and how the sale was progressing from the vendor's side especially Linda at the Preston office. Everyone at the Blackburn office did a brilliant job in getting the sale and viewings in which a previous estate agent failed miserably. Also advised on how best to show the house and dress it up so that it appealed to buyers.

GoogleBrigfords can certainly talk the talk, but as soon as your agreement is signed and your money is locked in, you can kiss goodbye to any shred of good customer service. They caused us nothing but stress throughout the sale of our property. We found ourselves constantly chasing them for information, and worst of all, concocted a story to place blame on our buyers for the delay in our sale, which we later found out was due to their own incompetency! Important information was withheld from us that threatened the sale of our property. They couldn't even stick to the price they agreed for their services from word go. GoogleThe staff at Bridgefords (Blackburn) did an incredible job of helping me through the sale of my house, under difficult circumstances, due to the buyers choice of solicitor... Andrew and Lewis did a sterling job of answering my numerous questions, and were polite and very helpful. But I can't say enough about Hannah. Just when I thought the sale would never go through, Hannah took control and guided the sale through exchange of contracts and completion in just two business days. Thank you, Hannah and all the staff at Bridgefords!
