Just wanted to say our experience of selling a property through Bridgefords has been a very positive experience. It started with John Crump who was excellent in terms of communication and advice. The day to day dealings were handled by the Withington branch. Sian the Branch Manager was very supportive and professional in all her dealings with us. Myself and my Girlfriend have had a nightmare trying to find a house in the middle of a global pandemic and just before Christmas. We had lost hope. We then found a flat we both really liked, Isabelle and Jessica made this possible. We found Isabelle and Jessica amazing, they both were really professional, responsive informative and was very helpful in ensuring we could take the house of the market in time for Christmas. If it was not for both of their hard work and efforts behind the scenes we do not know what we would have done! Needed to find a new place to move to at relatively short notice. Found a flat with Bridgfords and spoke with Jessica to get more information about the flat. After a couple of day, Jessica was able to help out with everything I needed, helped answer the small questions I had due to my own inexperience in renting, and then passed me on to Isabelle to handle the rest. They both have helped a lot in this process, being very friendly and prompt with their help. The whole process could have been much harder, but it has felt like I've been guided through the process with all the support I've needed. Unfortunately, i read these reviews quite late and I am in agreement with all the negative opinions about Bridgfords Withington. We tried to buy a flat, but when we told them that we have our own mortgage advisor, the communication stopped. When we tried to get updates, they would try to discourage us to continue. They went on making an offer for our maximum budget, despite only having 1 additional buyer who offered 25k less than us. Dishonesty/ lack of transparency and totally unprofessionalism, especially Richard/ Hammad. I am happy I did not use their services, and I now select properties which are not in their portfolio. Quite sure the seller has received a lower offer as well, which is a shame as the flat was superb. Avoid!

I cannot express how much Bridgfords helped with the selling process; at every given opportunity they went they extra mile to ensure that the house sale went through in text book fashion. I first made contact with Adam Gaulton after reading some good reviews, got a brilliant 3d walk around of the place, really nice, light pictures, and importantly Adam and the team (most notably Seeta and Hannah) did the work to get the right buyer through the door and then everything could possible do to ensure the sale went through efficiently. I don’t have a bad word to say about them and I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all!

We've not moved in yet, but we were so impressed by how efficient the process of viewing and securing a rental with Isabelle was. We were honestly ready for it to be a bit of an ordeal, but Isabelle had agreed our let with the landlord by the time we got home and was really responsive while we were sorting our checks and addressing a minor issue with the house (thanks also to Jess!)
