Avoid. Nothing but issues from start to finish. Moving in process was a complete shambles and the moving out process 4 years later was just as bad, if not worse. Poor communication and getting your deposit back is a joke. Numerous phone calls and emails deposit returned 9 weeks later!! Do not trust! Cannot say this is the same for all their branches but stay away from the Broadstairs branch.

We had a very awkward and difficult buyer for our house, almost to the point of being obstructive. The guys here did a fantastic job in completing the sale. Jamie, bless him, dealt with an awful lot of problems from our buyer, but went way above and beyond the service I would expect from an estate agent. His tact, diplomacy and negotiation skills are second to none. Their fees are also very reasonable indeed. If I ever need to sell another property, I won't even bother looking at other agents, I would go straight to Your Move. Absolutely 1st class service!!!

Google5 WEEKS!!!!! Thanks to the amazing team at Your Move again. I decided to sell my house using your move due to my experience buying a house with them and I was not disappointed. From taking the pictures, to putting the house onto the market the process was a breeze. From start to finish it only took 5 WEEKS. This included everything from agreeing to a buyer, sorting lawyer paperwork which your move helped to chase up speeding the process again, to handing the keys over. Not once did I feel stressed or lost and I actually felt excited and organised selling my house. I was looked after by Stephen and Beth the amazing team from Lanark and would choose them every time

Avoid if you are a landlord and wish to use their rental service, non existent, ignore communication, contacted 3 times without response over a 28 day period, when it comes to cancellation due to breach of contract they're impossible to get hold of. Quick enough to take your money but terrible customer service for landlord and tenant!

Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

GoogleGreat hassle free experience dealing with Stephen, Beth and Tom. I bought a property and rented my other property through them. They kept in contact throughout the process with updates and they were always contactable if you had any questions. When I decided to sell my rented property, again they sorted out everything and organised the tenants who were renting to buy my property. Tom the in-house mortgage advisor was excellent, he sorted out my mortgage and unlike other mortgage advisors did not charge a fee. If you want a hassle free experience, I would definitely recommend using Your Move Lanark.

Poor experience from moving in to moving out, 4 years later. Avoid!!! Poor communication, they do not care about their tenants and tell lies. The process in getting your deposit back after moving out is a joke. 9 weeks to be precise, after numerous phone calls and emails.
