You’ll Move With Your Move

We had a lucky time of things with our house getting sold fairly fast considering the market was flat. Gravesend Your Move has an ecliptic team of sales reps, all with their own unique techniques at getting you sold and moved. The branch manager is approachable and quick to respond and we found he worked out of hours to solve some minor issues we had with our buyer. All staff are professional and Sacha is incredibly experienced and knows the estate agency business inside out! Taylor is a people person and has great customer service skills. Overall, we are pleased we picked Your Move to sell through, having dealt with a few clowns in the past, it was a relief to sell through an agent that was grounded, practical and efficient.

Beth and Stephen were incredibly helpful. We hadn't planned on moving until our dream house came on the market. Beth helped us get our offer in and accepted and swiftly got Stephen to get ours on the market. Beth kept us in the loop and always offered a quick response to calls and emails (especially the ones where we voiced anxieties). This is our third and final house and it has definitely been the best agents we have used. We never plan on needing estate agents again but will certainly recommend them to anyone in the future. Can't thank them enough for helping us get our forever home.

Moving House Stress

Your Move are a good company to deal with. As a tenant I had some issues and stresses. Moving out of one house into another was monumentally stressful but Susan Black was amazing, professional but also friendly and supportive while maintaining an objective stance as the go-between (tenant and landlord) in any scenario that occurred, Thank you for your diplomacy and efficiency

Don't use the Darwen branch or YourMove at all

Very disappointing experience with Your Move Darwen. We paid £200 + VAT a month for property management, yet constantly had to chase for updates, inspections and basic communication. Work was carried out on our property without our permission, which we only discovered through a neighbour's video. Despite raising this in December 2025 and chasing repeatedly, we received no proper response for 9 months. To make matters worse, we were then faced with a £1300+ termination fee that hadn't been explained when signing up. The service went rapidly downhill, and I wouldn't recommend trusting them to manage your property, especially if you're living abroad.

My experience so far with Yourmove has been a good one, it is refreshing to know that there are still estate agents out there that help you every step of the way, that's how I have felt being a single person, not knowing what to do and when, being walked through the process every step of the way, nothing seems to be too much, even out of hours. Very much appreciated, having had experience with other agents none of them seem a patch on Yourmove. Obviously the process is a stressful one, but I feel lucky I chose these.

The dream team of sales and support, they do not dissapoint! Beth and Stephen have gone above and beyond with advice, support and guidance through the whole process of selling our house. Horrible service on multiple occasions…

Horrible service on multiple occasions back to back. They schedule appointments foe viewing and do not turn up. When you call them, the person on the line says they are not from the lettings dept and therefore your call falls on deaf ears. They falsely claim they have left voice mails. They deliberately misspell email addresses and say they have sent appointment cancellation emails. To clairify, these emails are sent 15 minutes before the appointment. The so called representative said the property has been removed from the market. If that is the case, then why waste our time with appointments. I strongly suspect this is click bait for properties not on their portfolio. Disgusting service from a fly by night quack estate agent.

Sold our flat through YourMove and overall really happy with the service. Estate Agents, generally, can have a bad rep so we were a little dubious, but Tom was our first point of contact at the Dartford branch and was so friendly, down to earth and very complimentary of our home. We highly recommend the team at Your Move Lanark. After being stuck in a rut for months trying to sell our house, and with a sale that had fallen through, we switched agents to Your Move Lanark. From the first point of contact until completion, they were a breath of fresh air and were with us every step of the way. The marketing photos and video were top notch, and we quickly achieved an offer way above our expectations. Communication was excellent all the way through and they stayed on board right through until the keys were handed over. Not only did we sell our home with them, but they also found us our perfect bungalow and smoothed the way forward for a quick completion. Stephen and Mel are both extremely knowledgeable and have a passion for selling property and this shines through in everything they do. Not all estate agents are the same, so choose wisely.
