We pride ourselves in 5 star reviews, offering what we feel is an excellent customer experience. As you can imagine, we are extremely concerned about your review. We have tried to contact you several times, in the hope we may have an opportunity to understand your disappointment. We’d be very grateful if you would outline your reasoning to give us the chance to improve if that’s what’s required.
