The 3D video tour they have sold my flat within one day and the buyer did not visit the property until after the offer had been accepted. GoogleI approached We Can Properties after being disappointed by another letting agent. From my first conversation with a member of staff I knew this agent was professional. My property was viewed, photos taken and marketed the next day, within hours I had bookings. Two weeks later the tenants were moving in!!!!! GoogleHad a terrible experience with we can properties, still awaiting a response from my complaint 3 weeks ago. We're currently in a position where we've been rented a home and now found out it has not passed electric safety, it's covered in a flea infestation, was absolutely filthy and wouldn't be cleaned therefore costs fell on us to fix all the above and on top of that there's renovations taking place outside without warning, we'll wake up to builders outside the windows early morning on weekends included. Our landlord was apparently very clear in these conditions but the agent Meg did not tell us that this would be the case. No communication was had on this. In our contract it says they can do renovations but need to give 48hrs notice, no notice has been given ever, they just show up. The noise means I can't work from home and the mess...so much dust. If we'd known we would have made a different choice and now we're stuck. I wouldn't recommend we can (we can't) properties. They were not very good at all, during the actual process our agent Meg messed us around so much because she didn't know how their referencing system worked and she broke the links. We then had to take time to call support to fix what she broke. She had no clue what was what and made the process much more stressful and difficult than necessary, she is apparently a more senior member. Shocking. I have kept records of all the conversations both voice recordings and texts. It's truly shocking that businesses are being run like this. It's been a terrible experience on top of the stress of moving. Note I've made complaints and nobody has come back to me or addressed them at all. I honestly question their morals and values and wouldn't entrust them with finding a home for me and my family ever again.

GoogleI view a property I paid the deposit I paid to secure the deposit been waiting for 2 months to get this property and I was waiting to get the keys and then We can property called me saying the landlord withdraw the property from the rental market! which is ridiculous . Blaming the landlord for it. Such a waste of timers

GoogleMost dishonest people you'll meet in your life. If you go against your better judgment and use this company please keep a thight record of all comunication and have access to legal advice because they will cheat you out of your money
