As some of the properties were tenanted, having a facility for online video viewings to minimise disruption was a major plus. GoogleI view a property and when I pay the deposit to secure the house and without any communication the agency rent it to someone else. I chase the agency for 3 days for the deposit to be refunded. Very poor service
