My experience with wecan properties was okay for me. The viewing went well Afsana was very kind showed me around. I payed the holding deposit to secure the place. I was not told I would not get a refund if I fail references but that did happen. I got a call saying the landlord does not want me there now, anyway I asked if I would get a refund and was told no. I was upset but Afsana was not rude to me, I checked some stuff out and contacted Afsana after a couple of days, read the small print and Afsana actually got me my refund back, she put in some work to get that back for me and I respect that. I recommend her to all using wecanproperties. 😊 Thanks Afsana

We viewed a property earlier in the morning today and wanted to put an offer in. Within 12 hours we’ve signed majority of the forms and are progressing faster than any other Estate Agent I’ve seen. A big thank you to Sam for helping us with the forms, Sanah for showing us the property and reassuring us of any queries or concerns we had. The biggest thank you to branch manager Belinda! She’s away on holiday with her daughter for the bank holiday weekend and has gone above and beyond to help us and get our application rolling with reassuring phone calls, very quick responses and any concerns were addressed. This is how it all started. Felt in love in the property and Faruk was extremely supportive and helpful in the entire process until the very end when we colleceted our keys for our first home! My experience with We Can Properties was first class, largely due to Samm’s attentive, professional, and customer-service-centric approach. His communication skills are outstanding, and he went above and beyond to secure a property that met all of my needs. I did experience a slight concern with one of the managers, whom I believe is named Belinda. She called me on the day of my move-in in an attempt to change my moving date, which created extreme anxiety. Her approach felt erratic and demonstrated a lack of emotional intelligence. Even if her concerns were valid, the manner in which they were communicated was very unprofessional. Thankfully, Sam stepped in and saved the day. Thank you, Samm, you provided me with truly outstanding service.

Meg has been absolutely fantastic, she was with me every step of the process, very reactive and on it. She was quick to get the answer to any questions I had. The use of whatsapp also allowed a more personal and direct conversation, and means that everything could be dealt with fast and smooth. Viewed a property on the Saturday and everything was completed and ready to move just 5 days later. Shay is a reliable and friendly estate agent who kept me updated throughout the whole process. He made everything very easy and even gave me his personal number in case of any issues outside the office hours. Easily the best agency I’ve dealt with and would definitely recommend.
