When Albert from We Can came to value my property he assured me he would sell it within a week. Having had an extremely negative experience with an online estate agent, I was sceptical to say the least, but that is exactly what happened. Albert and the team at We Can were friendly, professional and efficient. I can’t thank them enough for the help and advice they gave me, and for ensuring the process around my sale went as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an estate agent with integrity and genuine motivation to sell your property.

I have had two appointments with Rayan this week to view properties in Valley Road. He has been extremely helpful and professional on both meetings. I have asked him to keep me updated on other future properties. He was very supportive of my circumstances, so hopefully will be able to close a deal soon.

We can property is such a good real Estate agency, i have found we can proper very interesting believe me this agency was very good with me, their communication was top notch’ there were two people whom I have always communicated to “these two gentle men are so kind and nice I would love to mention their names but because of privacy I will just write the first alphabet that start their names, the firs person start with N… and second person start with J.. one of them game me his personal number and we talk on that line on and off office hours, these two individuals are arguably the best individuals I have met in a single real Estate office.

We had a brilliant experience renting a property through We Can. From the first call to book the viewing right through to helping with amendments to the tenancy agreement they were so helpful and super responsive. The 3D model of the flat was also a really nice extra! A special thanks to Janice and Alex who have been there every step of the way. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to work this company!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had a very good experience with We Can Properties, especially Leonard and Ron who were always at the end of the phone when we needed them. We often needed help chasing solicitors and pushing the process along - We Can Properties were happy to step in and lend a hand. They were quick and responsive, and always available to offer help and advice, which was reassuring as first time buyers.

I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful, with a really 'can do' approach. Dominique dealt with my enquiry and she worked really hard to find me just what I was looking for. Despite the difficulties that I presented her with, she remained cheerful, helpful and obviously highly competent in what she was doing. I feel that going for a smaller agency, rather than one of the more well-known big chains, you get a more personal service and at We Can properties, I was proved right.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was shown around three properties by one of their negotiators, Dominique, and found her whole approach both friendly and highly professional. She had listened carefully to what I was looking forward and I felt the properties she took me to really were handpicked. Once I’d made an offer the whole process was smooth and well organised with Dominique always on hand to explain or resolve my queries. As an agency I’ve found that We Can really do provide a service that I am confident to recommend but I would in particular suggest that you ask for Dominique if you’re looking for a professional who will go that bit further to find you the perfect property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
