GoogleScam. They rented us a property with a mice infestation and tried for months to make us pay for any proofing works when the kitchen wall behind the appliances was clearly a colander YEARS before we moved in.
We spoke with the council: not our responsibility to pay for fixing the walls, they were trying to scam us.
