This is my first and only landlord experience. I was very uncertain about the investment and the issues that could have come with such an investment. From the very beginning LF have been there supporting me, looking out for me and guiding me through the process and documents. LF are excellent at keeping me informed, they undertake inspections and anticipate rent issues before they arise. I would highly recommend their services to any first time landlord.
